im thinking im gonna start a FBW and cutting.
I wanna be able to do deads, power cleans and squats once per week(squats prob on friday so i have the week end to rest).
My concern is that on tuesday and thursday for my "cardio" im gonna start competitive mountain biking again and that my legs may not be able to handle this and the other lifts??
Should i do a cycle and like squats this week and deads next week and limit the "big" leg lifts to 2 a week? what do yal think?
