leg exercises without squat rack

i have everything i need to work my upper body just fine, a bench, barbell, dumbells, plenty of weight plates...but i dont have a squat rack so theres no way i can do squats to do lower body until i get back in school to use the rack in my weight class...

ive grown to hate lunges after trying them for a few workouts, i dont know what else i can do to work my legs at home, ive looked at trying one legged squats but im not sure if they're good for this situation or not...suggestions?

Usually when people hate to do lunges its because they aren't doing them properly. They can be a tough exercise to master. So make sure your form on them is perfect and up the weight as needed.

If you don't feel comfortable with squats then try cleans. Clean

dumbell thruster, hack squats, depending on if your plates have grips or if you have a kettlebell one handed overhead squats, actually I generally do overhead squats without a rack

If you hate lunges, try bulgarian squats. But you can always deadlift, hack squat, zercher squat, power clean and front squat
