Left and Right arm with different strength

Hi guys,

While doing bench presses, I somehow exert more force on my right arm as my left arm is weaker than my right. After gym, i feel pain on my right wrist and i think it is because of the bench press.
What should i do to to have equal strength on both arms while doing bench presses?

Slowfast

I keep finding that I can do a lot more reps with my right arm. Is my right arm actually stronger, or am I just really uncoordinated with my left arm? They look the same.

Size And Strength are different. Just keep doing the bench press you do as normal, your weak arm will catch up eventually. I had the same problem.

Yep, it's very normal for your main hand to be stronger since you do everything with that hand. Writing, throwing, ect... As you keep lifting it will begin to even out. Just train them both evenly with dumbells... If you can only do 8 reps with your left arm then only do 8 with your right and it will catch up.
