Hi everyone!

Decided to start my journey today!

Went out today and got Digital Scales, Pedometer Body Fat Monitor, Toning Belt, Heart Rate Monitor with Chest Strap.

I know the toning belts don't do anything but my partner got me it and I'd feel bad telling him it's useless.

I also bought some grapes, large melon and some yummie oranges.

Hehe and for drinking I got 14 bottles of water.

For exercise due to having small lungs(medical thing I was a early baby and my Lungs are smaller then they should be heh.) I will be using my stairs at home aswell as some good old fashioned walking!

Sound ok?

Feeling pretty good today.
Got a Exercise bike given ^.^ yay!
But had abit of pain in legs using it, Got some help on forum and seems like seat could be set wrong so gonna work it out tommrow.
I got 5 mins on it tho >.< not much but better then nothing.

Also went for a walk around shops today ^.^
Managed to get quite abit build up on my Pedometer I have it showing 3.3mile. Think it's more 2 Mile but still happy with that it's pretty good just for a walk to shops & back.

Not gonna weigh myself just yet gonna wait for a good or bad suprize in afew days time.

Got a Drinking bottle to carry about with me to keep me in supply of fresh water without having to go into the evil shops and be tempted by the goodies!

Although when coming home from shops today I went past a take away and norm the spell would tempt me but instead of thinking "Yum Yum" I actualy thought "Think of the crap the ppl in que gonna be putting in there body"

So that cheered me up alot.

:waving:Howdy and WELCOME, Leedsboi! Sounds like you have the right attitude to do the work and get your extra weight off!

Walking is simply marvelous for losing weight; it is the only exercise I do. I use a treadmill. Well, I do intervals of running during commercials ;) I also watch my portion sizes strictly, and have been able to lose almost 44 pounds so far. Don't know what that works out to in stones, sorry!

Ok been a bad week >.<
I kinda got conned into going to Pizza Hut for a friends Birthday and I ate more then I should of.
I felt bad saying no but I felt bad eatting it.....

And Last night I did the stupid thing again of agreeing to go out with my partner and the ppl next door and thinking "Oh there will be somthing healthy to eat" I was wrong....
we ended up at KFC.

But now I know even more so that food that used to be yummie now is yucky.
I didn't enjoy either and was kinda craving some melon & oranges.

I know I did a bad thing but I'm not gonna beat myself up about it.

I even went out and bought a better exercise bike. I got rid of the one that was making my legs hurt and got a lower down one which I find alot better!

Also has a wheel fan type thing that cools me down haha
 
Feeling pretty happy tonight.

Just been on scales and there showing 217.6
so gone from 220.0 to 217.6!

Not much of a change but still happy with it!
