:Okay, I know we dont all have time to walk, or places to walk, or maybe not even weather that permits us to walk...so I am going to post this site, and I was thinking, after u type in ur weight and amt of time of exercise, you can look at what walking says (3.5 mph=17 min mile) and then pick another activity to burn the same amt of calories, for example
For me the calories was 538 cal
Well, if I burn 538 cal, walking 3.5 mph for an hour, I can find another activity that burns 538 calories, or more, in an hour, and let that substitute for the walking the 3.5 miles.
