Ok so I've been going to the gym for about 3 weeks now, and I notcied that I got GREAT definition on my arms, especially my forearm, however overall I have a VERY small build. Im 6'2 and 160 pounds, I was about 150 a coupl of months ago.
Now I was thinking of using Pro Lab N'Large weight gainer to put on some mass so it can help me bulk up, since I have a problem with eating certain foods due to religion. My concern is however, some people who use weight gainers end up putting on a GUT which is impossible to get rid of and losing a lot of definition. Theres no way I can intake enough calories through diet, so now I am so lot.
I want to take a weight gainer to help my workouts, but I'm afraid it will put weight onto my stomach and I'll lose the abs I worked so hard for. Do you think taking a simple protein like IsoXP can help me bulk up. I have 4 months to work out hardcore and bullk up and I wanna put on a lot of sizee and muscle mass during this period, some professional help would be greatly appreciated as I'm looking to order my supplements soon.
