When I was running on the treadmill last night my pants literally feel down. Thank God there was no one there. How red my face would of been if someone would of been on a treadmill nexy to me. All my pants that dont have strings now fall off when I jog. So I guess thats a good thing, but now I have to buy more pants. I love my yoga pants and my butt looks nice in them haha. I guess no more jogging in yoga pants for me. Dumb idea anyway I guess.....
 
Ok so guess who is going to be going to take krav maga classes. That would be me.(well most likely) I am going to get my butt kicked and kick some butt..... OMG wish me luck. I start next month. Im going to be taking a cardio kickboxing class as well. I am taking the krav maga classes to learn to defend myself if I ever need to and the kickboxing to lose weight. The kickboxing classes do so much more than kickboxing so I am nervous. I don't know if I am too out of shape for them. They make it seem like I am not, but they say If I need to take a waterbreak over and over again than its ok LOL. We shall see..... They do boxing too which I might end up trying. We shall see how well this goes.......haha

congrats on getting to 193! You are so close to being in the 180s. That is incredible. I haven't seen 180something on the scale in about 4 years!

Thank hun! Me neither! 2005 was most likely the last time. I didnt weigh myself then because I was ashamed that I gained my weight back.

47lbs down 56lbs to go. So close to half way!

So 238-47=191(todays weight)191-56=135.....

Geeze this takes a while lol. Who would of thought loosing 103lbs would take so long ; )

I ate like a million oatmeal cookies. I made them with heathy stuff, but too much of a good thing cant be good. I meant to eat one and I think I ate like 10 small ones(65 calories a cookie). Yeah not good,but that was 2 days ago and I am still loosing. Also someone explain something. I normally workout everyday. I took off 3 days,because I was just so busy and didnt have a sitter. It took me a whole month to lose 5 lbs last month when I was working out everyday. I take 3 days off and eat cookies and I lose 2 lbs...... Why? Why does my body do that to me. Diets and bodys are so odd! On a happy note I have a krav maga seminar tomorrow morning at 9am-2pm. Hoping to sweat a little...or alot. Pray or cross your fingers or send good vibes that I win the year free! I really could use a free year. It costs 100 bucks a month aka 1200 dollars a year. eck. I could only do it for a couple months most likely. :nopity:Our money needs to go to things like eating and housing haha. You know frivolous things. haha. Diet and my group kickboxing classes are so much more important that eating. Foods just fuel to use in the gymn right ; )

Ok krav maga=awesome workout. I loved it. every muscle in my body is sore from yesterday, but it was fun. Almost not like a workout. My knuckles broke open though so owww on that. I punch like a girl so I have to work on that. I weighed in at 190 yesterday! AHHHHH. I want to see the 180s soon. Im going to take krav maga on wed and xtreme fitness(which = kickboxing,boxing,kettle balls,free weights,resistance bands,ect)its going to be intense. Hoping to get back in the gym tomorrow. I am just too sore to push myself today. I can barely raise my hands above my head. My back hurts which like never happens so yay to getting rid of my back fat.
I have to say I so proud of myself for taking the class and not having to take any breaks or have more waterbreaks than anyone else. I didnt puke. I puke sometimes if its too hard and it wasn't. I have come a long way in my almost 50 lbs weightloss. I pulled out my next pair of goal pants from my box of clothes that used to fit but now dont. I took photos of me in them now and they dont button. I will post them soon and I will post the photos of the when I can zip them up : ) Hope everyone is doing well....
 
Wow you are kicking some butt on the weight loss :D I'm just trying to get myself motivated to start doing a stationary bike or some walking every day and then I read what other people like you are doing and I'm like WOW. You'd think it'd shame me into getting a routine goin but it's just so overwhelming.

I seriously hope you win that membership though :) When would you find out? And LOVE that you have goal pants. I do too and your the first person I've seen mention it, although I'm sure others do too.

As for the weightloss your body may have just needed a rest and the increased food for a day or so to tell it "ok I can let go of the pounds, we're not starving", lol. I've read some of Steve's threads on doing stuff like that to break a plateau so you're just talented and did it on accident, lol.

Anyway you are doing SO great :) A few more pounds and you'll have hit the big 50....SO excited for you!:party:

I guess I did but guess why I gained 3 more lbs since then. I need to stop weighing myself so often. I havent been in the gym since saturday. My body is still sore! Its hard to move my arms lol. I have another class weds. Hope I can move better by then!

Wow that sucks about the drawing...hopefully they just postponed it. And as far as the scale goes I'd like to say I only weigh once a week but actually I only SAY something once a week, lol. When I'm losing I just can't help it and want to keep checking. But I've managed to hold off since ....Friday I think and am going to weigh in on Thursday. I'm sure those 3 pounds that showed up will come right back off. All it takes is food we don't realize is loaded with salt and bam, there ya are.
 
Krav Maga class tomorrow. I am no longer sore haha. Those 2 days after were rough. I havent been working out everyday since I have been sore since saturday. Im hoping that by doing 2 hours of krav maga on sat,one hour on wed and one hour of extreme fitness with be enough to lose some of this weight this week. I have been eating crap! ERGGGG. Went out with friends tonight and was talked into eating some of a loaded salad(ham,cheese,olives,it was so good!)(no dressing) and one piece of pizza with EVERYthing on it. I ate light today besides that so I am hoping it didnt do too much damage. Back on track tomorrow. Fat free foods,veggies,1/2 grilled chicken breast, maybe a yogurt,fiber cereal,ect. My jeans are getting to the point where belts are basically holding up my pants. I need to go jean shopping soon. The issue with losing weight is that as soon as you buy something that fits....... a month later its too big and then you have to go shopping again and spend more money on clothes that still make you feel yucky. I need to go buy a dress next month and I am dreading it. Hoping to lose alot before then haha. It was 70 outside today....it was snowing last week.....weird weather....Its thunderstorming now and its in the 60's. Im just glad its rain. If it was snow we would be getting 5 feet right now...
 
Salad with no dressing and ONE piece of pizza....that doesn't sound like you went off your diet at all! So what kind of dress do you have to get ? Very formal or just a nice dress? I know you're dreading it but as good as you're doing I bet you'll enjoy it when the time comes and you're trying on something so much smaller :) Glad you're not sore. You inspired me to get off my butt myself. I took my pudgy puppy for her first walk today and walked easily around the block. It's not Krav Mega but it's a start and I was happy. It's cool and windy but beautiful outside. A storm is supposed to be coming in but all the snow melted a few days ago so if the weather holds I may go out again without the dog to drag along behind me, lol.

Just a nice dress. Not too formal. I am working/playing so I need something that I can move in. Maybe a nice sun dress. I havent decided.Walking is good. I had a trainer tell me once that everyday try to do something a little more active. Like he told me to instead of using the dishwasher handwash a load of dishes to burn more calories. I park my car out in back at stores. it can be stuff as simple as that. If you try to just do something more than you normally do than you will lose weight. Good Luck. I wish I could go outside its been raining since yesterday.. eck.
 
Guys I suck at krav maga. lol Like seriously I can't follow simple combos. I think I am going to quit and do maybe boxing haha. I need something that will get me active but that I can follow. Maybe boxing isnt good either. I wish I could follow simple directions but I need to watch and follow along alot for me to remember. When people scream numbers out I go blank. 1....3......6....4....7....step....5....Trying to remember punches and elbow moves by numbers while having someone try to choke you gets me all confused lol. Even worse I am the only girl thats been going. Thank God for the wives that work there. I hate getting paired up with 250 plus men that could break me in two. When I have to punch them I feel so weak. I think I made one guy uncomfortable. He had to hold my hands and I had to keep moving and try to get him to move. I don't know how they dont laugh at me. I laugh. I shouldn't. Sometimes I want to kick some ace, but other times I laugh and I get distracted easy. Too easy. While we were jumproping I was singing kid rhymes in my head. I started jumping backwards and tried to do the cris cross jumps. I think I want to buy some pink gloves and hit a bag. Fighting real people is hard work.....My push ups suck. When they yell if you need to go down to your knees do it,keep moving! I know they are talking to me. I look up and the guys smile. Im a freaking 190lb girl who was 238lbs this time last year give me some slack. I have an extreme fitness class on friday. Nobody goes to those so I get a one on one training. Hes going to kick my butt big time. I am nervous that I am going to puke. Hopefully I don't. Man Im stressing over this. I hate when I am not good at things. Erggggg.

It doesn't sound to me like you're not good at it...how would you know so soon? Everything takes practice but if you're in a seriously awkward situation...well I couldn't learn like that. I'd feel the same way for sure. The fact you tried it anyway...well that takes guts because I felt embarrassed in a regular aerobics class at my gym a few years ago. I felt SO conspicuous. The other people in the class were all old ladies and I mean OLD and were doing ten times better than me. I know nothing about krav mega but is there anyway you could get a tape or book to practice at home and go back to the classes when you're more comfortable?
