Ok guys I have heard about them now Im digging a spot for myself.

My name is Laura Im 17 I have always been Heavy I have tried countless weight loss programs and diets and I realize now I had to make the choice to do it on my own. I was heaviest a 270lb happy to say im down to around 236
I want to be around 170 i'll just be happy to be under 200 for now.

I want to start keeping an every day Diary cause I need to write down and I need you guys to see. And I want you guys to yell at me if I dont do this every day. Cause I need a little kick now and then. Ad truth is as many of the times I have given up on diets and camps I feel good about this. This is now or never guys cause I cant keep giving up on myself. I have tried so many things and I have stuck with none.

I need to make my own mind no pills no patches no surgury. I want this I want to say I DID IT I want to hear YOU DID IT

I want to see the day the scale reads 170 or lower.

I want to do this healthy because this is a life change and this is my life.

so here we go guys

Today. 9/12

I did pretty good today
Breakfast: 2 eggs
Snack: 100cal popcorn
did bad had a bowl of special K and bananas too
Lunch: Bowl of Beef Veggie, and a chicken sanwhich w/ m.whip
Dinner:Chinese Food :newangel:.

And that was it I didnt get to go to the gym today I need to get back on that. I now as soon as I start driving I will be there EVERY day after school I just like having a car there with me I dont like being dropped off and left. I like to know if I have to leave asap for some reason I can leave.

Im going to a dietion soon so I hope to get some guidence out of it.

Goal for tomorrow
-to do better then today
-to go to the gym
 
Ok starting off today missed my 6:00 walk again. I probably will go out in a little bit.

for breakfast: Slim fast shake
I know they say these are not great but its really all I feel like eatting at the moment.

Good luck - I'll follow your diary. Just keep it up - I stopped for a while and gained back some weight, but now I'm back and more motivated. My favorite things to eat are those lean cuisines - the are great and pretty filling with few calories. Also, fat free whipped cream is a great sweet treat and only has 200 calories in the whole bottle!

Ok Im pround of myself today.

Though I finished off the chinese food for lunch I was very controled at diner

We went to this "party" at the camden aquarium for my step-dads work.

They had a big table of food.

I got a salad and a burger no bun.

they even were offering ice cream for dessert which i turned down.


I have been drinking a TON of water. I want to get one of those brita things cause Im running through bottled water like WW3 is apon us.

I am feeling a lot better though to say. I need more exercise though. I need to make time to go to the gym

ok today

breakfest kind of was at 9:00 woke up late: bowl of cheerios

Lunch was at 1 had a seving of tomato soup 80cl and a 100cals worth of meat balls which were these little things from nutrisystem 4 little balls but they were good.
 
Ok had a good night

bowl of special K for dinner (choco) still only 170cal and a ear of corn

Went shopping tonight

got a bunch canned soupd progresive low cal and reduced fat.

For a late night snack tonight I had two rice cakes 100cal and I snuck a tinny bowl of special K will lay off that promise

I took the dogs for a walk and I tallied up another two water bottles to my chart.

But today I felt great

Debating what I should do tonight. I have work at 6 am so I have to leave around 5 to get there. I want to start walking there. so Im thinking im going to pull an all nighter tonight. I may catch 1-2 hrs of sleep though.
 
ok its 5:25am saturday morning the total no zone for anyone under 25 i have to be at work at six and work an 8 hr shift, I work at a dog groomers its crazy.

Breakfast: 2 eggs Light and Fit yogurt, a glass of orange juice,, this was all fallowed by my first swig of water for the morning and my body saying "noooo not this again" just need to wake up a lil more

Lunch will be as followed: one of those microwavable bowls of chunky chicken noodle soup Its 110 calories per serving. its two servings per bowl. I figured its the only thing I plan to eat for lunch today a 220 calorie lunch is fine.
 
Hey that's a total no time zone for me and I'm way over 25. LOL

It sounds like you are planning things out and keeping on track. WTG!

I need you to come groom my dog. I gave him a hair cut - well first the clippers didn't work right so I cut his hair with scissors. :eek:

So then I went out and bought new clippers - ones specifically for doggies. :)

I'll attach a pic of him on a good day. That of course is not a hair cut I gave him. LOL
 
That is the best looking dog I have seen in awhile lol no he is really cute did a good job for experimenting.

Today was little off but nothing to monster

Had a bowl of special K for dinner at 6ish with a piece of corn

then around 1am I was up waiting for my parentals to come home so we could go get DinnerB at my sisters diner where she is working the 6-6 pm-am so I kind of got a roast beef sanwhich there.

But now im home almost 2am ready for sleep. counting down my last day of summer. but its cool Sr, year is going to rock
 
Yeah he is a sweetie. I have a hard time keeping knots out of his hair, so have to keep it short. Do you have any recommendations on brushes? I got one of those combo brushes that you can flip to have a "cutter" on one side and a brush on the other by bamboo. But he doesn't like the brush part. :~/

Wow, your school starts late in the year. But that's great. A little longer of a vacation!
 
yea our school always as some type of construction going on that always seems to run late. So yea we are starting very late.

As for the dog brush. I dont have an exact picture on the burshes you are talking about. Slicker brushes work wonders and just a thich tooth brush or comb


Ok so today

Breakfest: I slept late cause this was my last day to do so
10:00 a handful of mini rice cakes
3:00 was a slice of pizza at the mall
5:00 a 50cal rice cake
and I dont know what I want for diner yet I still have to get some veggies in.
 
Motivation Fuel

Weight loss is one of the hardest things you can deal with

trust me I know

but what keeps me going is keeping my spirits up. I cant stress this enough guys. You have to SMILE.

What keeps me going in my journey is hearing people say wow you look great or you look slimmer. and if no one happens to mention it to me. I will say it to myself.

So when your getting down and feeling depressed
1.Play a happy upbeat song (we're dancing-mandy moore) just a suggestion
2.Get up and dance
3.Catch yourself in the mirror and say "have you lost weight, you look good":D
4.SMILE

Getting down and deppressed with myself was always a problem for me I would take comfort with food and wouldnt stop. But I have learned to stay positive. So what if you did a little bad today. So what if you gained a lb or 2 this week. Its not the end of the world and it shouldnt be the end of your goal. Look at what you have done so far how much you've lost or how good you feel. Dont give up on that smile and say I do this today I start this right now past is past. I WILL POWER:jump: (love this smiley)
 
Thats so funny that you mention dancing and playing up beat songs!! i do that with my sister all the time! When I go to the gym i listen to real up beat songs to keep me motivated!! And when people dont mention that "wow youve lost weight" i will mention it myself! "HEY guess what? i lose 3ibs" or something like that!!
 
You have to dance even if you dont know how cause im no dancer I cant dance but when im alone in my room or with close friends we just do the most stupid things but dont matter how you do just get happy.

Ok for today

Got up at 6 for school waking up early tomorrow for a quick walk before school

Breakfast: two eggs glass of OJ
Lunch: Smart ones meals just because there was nothing else in the house and a 80 cal pack of chicken soup
Dinner was a grilled chicken sandwhich with lots of lettuce and onions MMMMM MMMMM

Off to the Gym Guys
