Lats

also, deadlifts, doesnt hit the lats as directly as rows and chins, but it still works them pretty good.

He is quick, has great feet and is a bit of a magician on the ball.

His final crosses are poor, he fails to distribute the ball in key situations and holds onto it for too long, looks for fouls and regularly dives (although the one against Borough was not a dive).

he has the potential to be one of the best but Ferguson knows he's got to get him to do the basics far more effectively before that happens.

maybe last year i would agree but this year that has improved tenfold infact he has been one if not the best player for united this year.

i think he has been watching what paul scholes does and taking it in.
he used to run with his head down now he lookes around before he even gets the ball.

the problem now is he is that fast he sometimes gets up there end before anyone else and has no one to give it to.

Ronaldo is a great player as far as Im concerned he just needs to become a team player. He is like David Beckham was at his age.

Wat the fock, that pics been enhanced somehow. Ronaldo's lats arn't that big!

Single arm rows and double arm rows do it for me

im gonna have to agree with you there, no way are his lats that big, hes a soccer player why would he ever need lats that big, that has to be enhanced.

firstly he is a footballer not a "soccer player" secondly he is that big i have seen him take his shirt of on the pitch many times.
footballers these days do a lot of weights and there are many big players out there.
