latest pics

ive been bulking for 2 months now and was wndering if i would look ok if i cut for summer (not too skinny)im currently at 187lbs and would like to get down to about 170-175 i know my lats and delts need more work along with my chest and abs lol im planning on bulking in winter to about 200lbs im sick of eating to be honest and could do with a break thanks in advance for any opinions

cheers im 37 years old and 5ft 9 ive been working out on and off fo about five years now but with a crap routine split etc. since joining this forum and reading everything i decided on a fbw 3x aweek and never looked back after incorporating squats and lunges ive seen huge gains so thanks peoples for all the professional advice ill be posting cutting pics periodicaly.
 
well if you work hard enough and your diet is spot on you could most likely lose a nice 15 pounds since it's healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week. Good luck you can do it no doubt
 
i could do with a little advice (diet mainly)as this is my first time cutting. im sticking with fbw heavy weight low reps and HIIT twice a week also ss cardio twice maybe three times a week (on lifting days) an help would be appreciated thanks.
 
but back ,arms,shoulders = big
but ur chest :S what happend there are u not working ur chest out?
if u cut down now ur chest will look out of proportion :S

do both? is that not alittle difficult trying to build up pecs and cutting at the same time?if anybody has any ideas theyll be greatly appreciated. in the past i hve let my chest rountin slip and i am now getting it back on track.
