Ok how did i miss this thread?? i was in another one and couldnt see anyone i was in the june and july challenges with:cuss:

Dont think i can go in now its 2 late, though weight loss this month so far 5lbs dont think ill pass my 9lb lost record ive had the last 2 challenges

Im v late coming in ha, what i wanted to be is in purple and what i am is in red

August 2nd = (210) 210 LBS

August 9th = (208) 206 lbs

August 16th =(206) 205 lbs

August 23nd =(203) 205 lbs

August 30th =(200) wont happen now:(

Weight loss for August = 10 LBS (5lbs so far)

Hey guys! I'm busy moving out at the moment, so just updating here quick

August 1: 182.1 lbs
August 8: No weigh in
August 15: 178.1 (lost 4 pounds over 2 weeks!)
August 22: 176.4 (lost 1.7 pounds!)

August 8: 185 (-5) HELL YEAH! BACK IN BUSINESS BABY!!!
August 15:184 (-6) Still going down thats a plus, and its a solid 184.
August 22: 182 (-8) Step by step, inch by inch
August 29: 179 (-11) I know Im a day early but Im too excited to wait! BELOW 180!!!!!
