so heres another question from me.....

I have really lanky arms no fat an not much muscle! i want to build shaplier arms and shoulders so they look fuller but not manly!
i have been doin bicep curls ,lateral raises, tricep extension, etc and my shoulders just seem to be gettin broader! any exercises to make em shaplier!?
