Lag/delay issues with the forum?

Hey all,


Not sure if anyone else is getting the same issues, but I've been experiencing very laggy/delayed times everytime I navigate aorund on the forum, its after the initial click and it starts to load up the page and bang, freezes for about 4 seconds then I can scroll through as normal.


But it happens EVERY time I click off the page, to a new page, (clicking reply to a thread, or navigating to another forum) it does the whole 4 sec freeze then back to normal.

Hmmm....I just tried around, but don't seem to have any issues with the forum speed or any freezing issues.


Which browser are you using? And does it only happen on this forum, or have you noticed it anywhere else?
 
Using FireFox 7.0.1. Only with this forum/site, it also affects my entire browser with that freeze for 4-5secs.
 
AMine's been doing this for a couple days now too. It freezes my whole screen for a few seconds, practically every time I click on something. I'm running Firefox 6.0.2 though.
 
AI'm trialling the new I-pad2 for work (we need to understand it's functionality for work) and having some problems that are unique to this site. It often refuses to open a thread which is weird because I don't have any problems on other sites. Perhaps it is related to the delay problem? But given the popularity of this type of technology it is proving to be a weakness with this site.

I wonder if anyone else is using the I-pad2 and experiencing the same problem?
