Hi everyone! It's been a month since I joined this forum. So I just wanted to update on my progress.
I lost 10 lbs in one month! It's real - diet and exercise does work! No special diets, just followed common sense.
Here's what I did:
-Cut out carbs
-No dairy (milk)
-Lean meats
-No white rice
-No candy
-No sugary foods
-30 minutes on the treadmill EVERY day for a total of 2 miles a day
All this helped me lose 10 lbs. I can't believe it! Even my friends and family say they can see the difference.
I still have a long way to go, so I will be back to update on my progress. This is the first time I have stuck to my diet for this long because I never had patience. I hated following a certain diet or cooking from a menu. I have no time to do that. Basically, I still kind of eat what I want to but just not a lot. Watching my portions really helped too.
But only one thing will help you lose the weight:
-MOTIVATION
