completed my seventeenth day today.. feeling great as far as having a healthy life style is concerned
day went properly as before.. but in the evening had a huge fight with my girl friend... its silly, but i am comfort eater.. i tend to binge wen i'm sad or stressed out.. or both
so, i got really hungry and wanted to eat like hell.. worried that i'd give up, i quickly filled myself up with all the safe food i cud find (veggies, some sugar free biscuits, a little dried rice).. and drank LOADZ of water to keep myself full and stop the craving.. finally i did half an hour extra cycling in the night to cheer myself up..
feeling miserable.. but really glad that i dint give up to the cravings...was s'posed to take my weight today,but decided to give it a few more days...
so, howz ur weight loss coming along??
