Lack of Interest in Lower Body

Im currently doing an upper/lower body split. Im using defrancos skinny bastard workout with a few changes. I have no problem working out my upperbody, i like working out on these days. But i havent worked my lower body in a while. Im just not motivated enough. I figure i should switch to a fullbody to force me to do lowerbody. Id like to stick with defrancos upperbody routine, but could i get away with just doing squats and deadlifts for lowerbody?
 
I know how you feel. you just gotta realise how imorotant it is to work your lower body.

Try changing to a full body workout so you do your legs 1st.
 
I know what you mean. Upper body has so much more going for it. Someone show him some pictures of chicken legs please?

SQUATS ARE THE KING OF EXERCISES. NOTHING ELSE DEVELOPS MORE OVERALL STRENGTH AND SIZE THEN SQUATS

My Lowerbody routine usually goes like this

Squats
Romanian Deadlifts
Leg Extensions supersetted with
Leg Curls
Lunges
Hack Squats (if quads/hams are up to it)
Seated Calve Raises supersetted with
Calve Raises
and then some tibia machine...

It looks like alot but it really isn't. I work all 3 parts of the calves so it isn't a big load and the extensions/curls I don't go too heavy on.

It's not enough to know that working out your legs will give you a huge advantage not only in your sport (increased speed, explosiveness), but in the rest of your phyisical development (huge hormone response)?

Try to just remind yourself to do what you have to do. You might not like it, but you need to do it anyway.
