I had a pretty good day today food wise I think

Breakfast... Kashi Golean Crunch with almonds, blueberries, strawberries, and organic skim milk
1 medium apple

snack... Breyers light yogurt

Lunch... Tuna sandwhich with a bit of fat free mayo on sprouted grain bread, baby carrots, and a medium apple

Snack... 1 piece 50 calorie string cheese

Dinner... I forgot to take meat out of the freezer to thaw, so I didnt have any protien with my dinner! I just had a salad with baby carrots, spinach, cucumbers, and a tiny bit of light ranch dressing. Also 2 small pieces of dark chocolate. I couldnt resist

Snack... When I got home I was starving, apparently that salad didnt fill me up lol. so I had a peanut butter pita, and a banana. Hopefully the peanut butter made up for my lack of protein during dinner

I didnt workout this morning like I had planned. I was terribly sore from riding, and I want to ride again tommorow and take a group cycle class in the morning. So I figured I had better take tommorow off.
 
yeah I figured it wouldnt last very long, but I thought it would last longer than 10 minutes...LOL Thats what I get for not pulling anything out of the freezer

Had a pretty good day today, food wise and work wise:) I have a job interview at a different clinic tommorow, with better pay and benefits, and flexible hours so I can go to school. I'm really excited about it, I hope I get it!! I wanted to go horseback riding tonight, but it looked like rain so I didnt go. Of course the clouds passed and it didnt rain, lol.

Breakfast 400am... Kashi golean crunch, with blueberries, strawberries, almonds, organic skim milk. 1 medium banana

Workout...5:15am.. Group Cycle class 45 minutes. I had to leave early because I had to get ready for work:(

Post workout snack... 1 medium apple

MIdmorning snack around 10ish... grapes and almonds

Lunch...12:00 noon... tuna sandwhich with bit of mayo on sprouted grain bread. baby carrots and 1 apple

snack... 3:30pm 50 calorie string cheese

Dinner...6:30pm... plain turkey burger no bun, 3 small broccoli stalks.

Snack...8ish... peanut butter on 60 calorie whole wheat pita bread.

Also I had a few small pieces of dark chocolate today, and a handful of quaker rice cakes minis. Hope Im not eating too much...
 
Well apparently I'm not eating too much, I got on the scale today, and I havnt been on in a while, and I weighed freakin 122 pounds. That is the lightest I have EVER weighed. Isnt that considered underweight for a 5'8 inch frame? I checked my bf% about 2 months ago, and it was 11.4%... I eat around 1700 to 1900 calories a day...

Oh lord, what a BUSY day...whats a day off I forgot??? I had a step class this morning, then went to DMV to change over the title to my car...whoo!! finnaly paid off!!! that took a while...lol Went to guidance counselor to talk about school and classes, went to that interview, and put in a few part time night waitressing job applications. I have a working interview for that veterinary job on saturday...im nervous!!! I hope I get that job!!! Im feeling so frazzled right now, had a tension headache all evening. I have gotten alot of those lately...lol

6:00am... breakfast... kashi go lean crunch with blueberries, strawberries, almonds, and organic skim milk. 1 medium banana

9:30... Luna bar post workout

10:30 1hr step class

12 noon...lunch... turkey with a bit of fat free mayonaise on sprouted grain bread, with a spinach and baby carrot salad, with cucumbers in it too. a tiny bit of light rasperberry vinigerette. 1 apple

3ish...1 medium banana... I was feeling really stressed at this point so I made a beeline to 7-11 and grabbed a dark chocolate bar...220 calories worth WHOOPS oh well... it happens. I usually can resist but I was really frazzled

6:00pm... bowl of plain oatmeal with a bit of protein powder and a few blueberries mixed in.

10:00pm...just got home and I have been going everywhere it seems like so Im STARVING. peanut butter on pita bread, and 1 medium apple. STill have headache ugh
 
Good luck on the job situation. Sorry about the headache..they do suck. Your food looks so good, think I need to borrow some ideas.

Thanks she! I really hope I get it. Im so nervous, I need to just go to bed before my head completely explodes...LOL! My menu is so simple, lol Im poor and on a budget, so I buy things that will last awhile. Except I go through fruit like you wouldnt believe, I actually need to run up to the grocery store tonight for some more strawberries. I spilt a jug of blueberries all over the floor this morning and they went rolling in all different directions LOL. My cat thought all those rolling objects was the greatest fun EVER, and proceded to chase them and bat them everywhere while I tried to pick them up. Good times:) Anyhow, this is what I ate today

4:00am...bowl of kashi golean crunch with blueberries, almonds, organic skim milk.

5:30...1 hour step class. Man I was tired this morning!!!! Still had a stresss headache at this point...LOL it throbbed everytime I went over the step.

7:30ish...post workout snack peanut butter on 60 calorie whole wheat pita

9:30... yogurt breyers light

11:00... 1 apple. It was supposed to be part of my lunch but I was way hungry

3:30...50 calorie string cheese

7:00...Chicken breast with steamed broccoli, and 1 apple. I snitched a few quaker mini rice cakes because I was ravenous by the time I got home tonight

I guess I did pretty good, Will probably have a peanut butter pita for snack if I get hungry later, which I usually do. I guess it isnt hurting me considering Im still loosing weight. My weight was 122 this morning again so it wasnt a scale malfunction LOL. All the fitness calculaters that calculate BMI say Im underweight..are those things accurate? :(
 
Don't rely on what the calculators say. Some are right and some are wrong. If you really want to know, use a calculator that can be trusted, like a local gym.

wheee I got the job!! I was soooooooo nervous I thought I might throw up... but everyone was so nice, and everyone there loves there job. I cant wait to work there. Now Im scared about giving my boss my resignation...she isnt the nicest person in the world... Not stressing it though, I have done enough stressing this week. Now I can relax. I didnt do too well with my diet I guess. It could have been worse though. I had a beer tonight with my friend, and a few of her weirdo guy friends. They drove me nuts. We were at this bar and she got so damn trashed she couldnt walk straight and almost threw up in my car. I was embarassing. Good thing I insisted on driving. Anyhow, here is how my day went. I didnt do any excercising, no time. Went to a cookout at my dads house after my work interview, which they actually ended up putting me to work for about 4 1/2 hours.

breakfast... kashi golean crunch, with organic skim milk, blueberries, and almonds... I cant remember if I had an apple or not

snack...banana

lunch... chicken sandwhich with bit of fat free mayo on sprouted grain bread. baby carrots? my memory is fried apparently. perhaps an apple?

snack... peanut butter pita

dinner... grilled chicken breast...was rather large. small scoop of baked beans. I was proud I didnt go up for seconds!! baked beans with maple are my FAVORITE mmmmm... also a salad and chopped fruit.

late that night... 1 beer, a few small sips of a Seabreeze... my goofy friend chugged the rest of it because she decided she didnt like the bar I chose, so she wanted to go somewhere else RIGHT AWAY. I cant chug a drink like that, blech. sorry im not an alchoholic...lol So at the other bar I just had 1 light beer. When I got home I had a pita bread because I was hungry. No peanut butter. The pita though has 60 calories, 5 grams fiber, and 7 grams protein... seems good enough
 
Congrats on the job. I'm happy for you. Sorry you had a stressful week, but it's over now. Hope all goes well next week for you. Let us know how you are liking it.

I definatly will she!! thanks!! I really cannot wait... Didn't too swell diet wise today. Wasn't terrible by any means, but could have been better. Maybe I'm just turning into a blasted perfectionist lol I went horseback riding again today. Wonder how many calories that burns, I ride pretty hard, and she is a tough horse to ride. Talk about being sore AGAIN. I need to stretch real good before bed tonight, maybe it will help with the soreness. My inner thighs must be REALLY out of shape, even with all the step classes I do, and squats and lunges! lol I also practiced that new routine again today for about an hour. Kinda split it up though, I was tired. I think I mastered the first track though! yippee! Anyhow here is what I ate

I made blueberry pancakes for my mom and john, and I love pancake batter (yes im weird), so I licked the spoon a few times, probably about 60 calories worth. And then I had a sweet tooth afterwards so I had 4 quaker rice cakes mini's. those are addicting btw.

workout..horseback riding 1 hour. Practiced my step routine for about 20 minutes this morning

post workout... luna bar... I was STARVING after riding... good grief!

lunch... tuna with bit of ff mayo on sprouted grain bread, with baby carrots and 1 apple

snack... 60 calorie pita with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

dinner... turkey burger plain with steamed broccoli. 1 medium apple AGAIN

I also had some dark chocolate about 100 calories worth at some point today. I have been really craving that stuff lately... probably because I have been eating it alot this week and last.

Practiced step again for about 30 minutes or so. Im tired though, should have practiced more but oh well. There's always tommorow. Hope everyone had a great weekend!!

What a long day! work wasnt so bad, but I had 2 step classes and I have been trying to practice that routine every chance I get...believe, I dont get much extra free time...what is that again anyways? LOL I ate alot today, but I guess I needed it, I only ate when I was hungry but still. Hopefully I can remember everything in this post...

Breakfast. 4:00am... bowl kashi with almonds, blueberries, strawberries, organic skim milk

step class 1 hour...

snack after class around 6ish...60 calorie pita with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

snack around 9ish...breyers light yogurt

snack AGAIN around 10:30ish...banana

Lunch around 12:30ish...tuna sandwhich with tiny bit of ff mayo, and salad with spinach, baby carrots, and cucumbers. small tiny amount of raspeberry vinegerette. 1 apple

snack 3:00...50 calorie string cheese

Snack again on way to step class around 5:15ish.. luna bar

Step class 1 hour at 5:45

post workout... I wasnt that hungry afterwards, so I had yet another 60 calorie pita with bit of natural peanut butter, and I munched on baby carrots....or maybe it was an apple...i forget.

9ish...practice practice practice for about 30 minutes.. was too tired to do anymore

Whoa I cant believe its august already! Where on earth has the year gone?! Seems like just yesterday it was January. Time sure flys these days. Had a pretty good day, we busted @$$ at work today, so I was running around like a chicken with his head cut off (cute) today. I think I like working like that, perhaps I have ADD, or ADHD. I work better when we are slam crazy.

Breakfast 6am bowl of kashi golean with blueberries, almonds, strawberries, and organic skim milk. 1 medium apple

snack... breyers light yogurt.

lunch... my boss took everyone to lunch. I hate it when she does that. I had a salad with no dressing, with a piece of grilled tuna steak. It was soooo yummy, dont know how many calories it had though. At least I got my protein in though. I did snag a few pieces of fried calamari...enough to satisfy my want without going overboard. they were yummmmyyyy

snack... 50 calorie string cheese

preworkout meal... plain oatmeal with a tiny bit of protein powder and 1/3 a banana chopped in. 4 or 5 almonds thrown in too. 1 medium apple

Advanced step class, 45 minutes. My knee was bothering me so I cut it short

post workout... 60 calorie pita with peanut butter 1 tbsp
 
I love anything w/pb, but I haven't had it in my smoothies.
