Today was officially my first day of eating healthy and exercising! I am very satisfied with how my diet went (got in some protein, fruit, whole grains, and dairy), and I was even able to resist counting the calories! (In the past, I always counted every little calorie, and ALWAYS ended up eating too little because of it.) Today's exercising thus far consisted of...
~stretching.
~brisk walking/jogging/running for at least an hour (which ended in running up three flights of stairs to my apartment).
~stretching.
~100 sit-ups and 100 leg exercises (done in one session like this: 30 standard sit-ups, 30 flutter-kicks --> 20 side cunches, 20 flutter-kicks --> 20 crunches, 20 flutter-kicks --> 20 elbow-to-knee/knee-to-elbow crunches, 20 flutter-kicks --> 10 standard sit-ups, 10 "bicycles" while lying on back.

~20 standard push-ups.
~brief stretching.
I'll probably end up doing more crunches tonight, since I feel so darned good! ^_^
