Hi Everyone. 31 year old female here.
I was 190 pounds in 2007
I am currently 172.
I would like to be 130.
I've tried juice feasting/fasting (10 days) only to gain back all the wait within the same number of days I juice fasted. Felt great during the juice fast though and never physically hungry (just some mental cravings). As soon as I got some salt and fiber and fat back into the diet, I gained back the 9 pounds I lost.
My fitness is at a low point. I've joined a gym and will be starting to put some cardio back in my life starting tomorrow. I'll feel very lucky if I can manage 30 minutes.
I know that many people say that exercise is not necessary for weightloss but I feel like I need to really restrict my calories if I want to lose weight by diet alone. I just can't eat or live like that.
I take Topiramate for migraines which off label promotes weight loss. I don't know if it staves hunger or actually makes one burn calories more efficiently or is just simply a diuretic. I'm weaning myself off of this drug as I don't have the headaches anymore since I lost the first 25 lbs. I actually haven't taken it for a month now and I feel ok.
I hope I can one day proudly post photos in the Before/Inbetween/After forums. Thanks for reading.
Any tips would be helpful.
KT
