OK. Hi everyone.
My weightloss goals are:
To loose 6 kilos (so about a stone). I am currently around 68 kilos and 5'7.
I would love to loose this weight by Christmas but I am a huge believer in making goals you can achieve. So I really want to eat well in the next 13 weeks. I am already very active and run 7.5K 4 times a week plus a few training sessions thrown in. As I have been running regularly for about 18 months and haven't lost a damn thing, it must be a food issue. Though I don't binge eat, and I eat quite well, I do make very large portions and if I want a treat, I never deny myself. I also probably eat more than I think between meals.
I have never been able to keep an up dated food diary but I am going to try. Somehow, and I don't know why, I find it so much easier to keep up the exersise than keep up the good eating. But I work so hard at my running and I am very fit, it is just stupid for me to keep sabotaging my weight by eating badly. So, here is my first food diary.
1x brown toast with teaspoon of 33% less fat penut butter
2x bacon and egg bread rolls
1x pan au chocolat
1x plate of chinese food with rice
150g chocolate frozen yogurt
Obviously, not a good day but it was a Sunday (no excuse I know) and I usually eat very well indeed during the week.
Anyhoo, Here come the next 13 weeks. Let's see how much I can loose. Come on 63kg. I KNOW I can do it.
