Knee pain

I have been having this knee pain ever since i think i have started squating. I do a shoulderwidth stance squat because i have trouble doing wide stance.
During the squating i dont really feel any pain, I dont feel pain just sitting somewhere its when i walk it gives me a little pain.

its located in the front of my knee like under the bone. It doesnt trouble me walking but I dont want my knee to be in any damage.

What should i do to my squat form to change this?
Thanks

How far down are you going? Are you sure your form is in check (hip out, knees not going over your toes, back aligned right?

Just for the record even if our squat form is on key that doesn't mean the rest of you is.If you have weak or tight muscles in places and are in habit of naturally compensating in movement for these things it can put more strain on areas. When people start lifting alot and doing more aggressive movements these problems become more apparent because the muscles are being worked more but the problems aren't being fixed. Could be a likely cause.

Do you following a proper warm up method and good post workout stretch routine?

I think my form is good. i go down parallel sometimes a little lower. But i know i go parallel. I uses the shoulder pad because i do heavy weight and it really hurst my traps.

THis is how i do my squats and get ready:

- first excercise in my workout is squats, so i warmup on the bike for 3 minutes, do stretches for legs and whole body.
- i warmup with 135 lbs on squat like 7 times. take a 1 min break.
- i like to start at 195 or 200 lbs.
- so the thing is that when i do light weight i feel
it hurting my knee, probable because its my warmup. But when i get more then 200, it seems like my knee doesnt hurt while doing it.
- So i look ahead, Then slowly go down bending my knees and hips until i hit parallel. And i explode up in control.

- and i keep doing that. I dont really feel pain while doing the squats its after wards like the next that hurts.

Also i dont have any weak areas on my legs, as i am fast runner and soccer player so my legs are WAY stronger then my upper body. I stretch regular nothing special.
I just went and played a little basketball today, and i am able to do everything normal. I can run without problem. I think when i am warmed up it doesnt hurt but regularly it does.
