kK My Journal Thingy (=

Im sick :'( Had a friend over , i had icecream and shiz cause my throat hurts and now i regret it.
 
it happens don't stress over it to much, my son has given me a cold as well today and thinks its funny.
 
Alright with the weekend behind me Here is monday :)

Breakfast- left over salad from dinner didnt really eat much of it so i had apple and banana aswell

Snack- Apple and rice wheels.

Lunch- Chicken , creamcheese and lettuce sandwhich

Snack- Apple , V :p

Dinner- Oven chicken 4 peices.

=D

Exercise- 30 min walk 3km :p 200 calories

Pushup week 4 starting that again since I lazed away from it:p.

My uncle is trying to get into a gym franchise which is pretty cool :p Hes a fitness freak but we arent very close and shiz but maybe i can scunge a free gym pass :D.

OH and a few questions.

Sultanas are they bad? When i look at dried fruit packs it has tons of sugar in it and I was just wondering if thats the good or bad sugar and with the good sugar how much is to much?

KK whatever.

Breakfast- wheat bix banana

Lunch- tuckshop roll chicken ( oven cooked0 mayo lettuc and tomato)

snack- about a bowl of rice wheels ( 4 packs maybe thats about 400 grams , I was pretty hungry :p)

Dinner- two oven chicken strips and salad ( spinach leaves , cabbage ,onion , capsicum, tomato and cheese) with low fat french dressing.

Was still a little hungry after so i just got the spinach leaves put some dressing on and ate them.

exercise today is my day off yesterday i did 30 min walking and like 40 pushups hahaha ( in 2 sets of 20)

I weighed myself :D omfg 80.7 :D thats like 600 grams? =S? Im pretty happy with it :).

oh btw um I dont understand how this helps me with motivation? Like I can just do a offline blog on word and get the same I get here cause my nets slow and takes forever to load this -_-.

I had to figure out what these were. Never heard of them, basically raisins?

Like any dried fruit, they have a fair amount of natural sugar. Nothing wrong with it as long as your not eating them by the pound... Think of it this way, each one is the equivalent of a whole grape in sugar, but takes up less space. A handful would be like eating a couple handfuls of grapes, no biggie.
