Hey guys im looking to basically reduce the fat around my hips and belly ( spare tire :D?) basically I will be doing cardio with general basic exercises ( hundred pushup program) ect ^_^ Starting weght 75 kg

Ill tell you how I go today then aye.

Today :) Hey guys alrighty heres the stuff :O

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs two peices of toast

Snack: Didnt have one we had nothing ( almost grocery day )

Lunch: Two Vegemite sandwhichs and a little packet of this chip things, they were under 10 grams of fat so i was like kk.

Heres where it gets kinda bad, somedays i dont feel that hungry other days I need to eat alot my mum says cause im growing ect but you know =o.

So i had a bowl of potato gems and then chicken and salad ^_^ I got the chicken from the store when they keep it in the hot tray/oven thing so yeah i took the skin of and had about a palm full of the chicken with tomato, lettuce, celery, capsicum , cheese and onion

As for exercise

30 Minute walk on treddy 6km I think or 6m I dont know if its a American treddy anyways :p. About 3k walk and 200 calories burned :p

Hundred pushup program ( knee push ups) week 4 day 1.

The dogs did something to my skipping rope, gotta get a new one :p

Uh, I dont know 60kg with some muscle.

I dont want to be fat all my life I want to do things. Oh and girls =D

Being lazy and eating when i shouldnt.

Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?

Well when I was younger and my mum was with my dad he always believed in looking your best so he basically put as on diets like back then none of us were fat it wasnt really a diet I guess more of healthier eating and moderation which was really good. When my mum left my dad she went crazy about eating whatever she wanted and basically we ate junk for a long time and they still do. but at 11 i got sick of it and exercised 1 hour a day for a year losing 35 kg but I put alot of it back on so ya.

What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight
Walking instead of catching the bus, riding more, going out with mates more then I normally do to you know just have fun.

Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?
I thought Im skinny now I can do whatever I want , which was a huge mistake.

What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
I never tried fad diets always just exercise and eating healthy it was lack of motivation.

Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
?? In a day I would have 3 meals a couple snacks and alot of diet pepsi. But now I drink alot more water and now am less hungry cause im more hydrated.
Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
Oi I've started actually its not to hard and fun, most of the time its just chicken which is easy and then veggies or something but Im gunna move onto better things.

How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?

Every two weeks I have subway 12 inch but Ima make it 6.

Microwave rice, steak sandwhichs and cheese^_^

Sizzler is about it lol.

Eat slower , drink water between bites and stop when hungry ( most times XD )

I would show the world :D Nah jokes aye I would continue exercising and respecting my body and using my old body as motivation.

Yes sometimes.

Sometimes i eat LOTS of rice

Lol no.
Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
When Im bored I tend to but thats easy to get around.

If I feel like it and I havent had anything bad for that week,

Wheat bix and honey with green tea or water. Or toast.

Mostly whatever is there, fruit or if theres a cookie :D?

Walking and general exercises like pushups maybe when im 15 ill go to gym.

Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?

Bench press is always fun but I never do it :p Basketball and touch footy with friends.

Daily is music and you know imagining myself skinny ect that pretty much counts as all of them.

Um, the feeling of satisfaction and being proud of my body.

looks like you have a good plan and you food today was not as bad as you might think. the gems were not so good but removing the skin off the chook was great.

Not a bad start wit room for improvement

tomorrow try writing down the calories of the food you like to eat and think about your eating plan once the school holidays are over next week.

if you are able to do any weight training it would be a great help to you.
 
Well I want but you know, when I get paid Ill probably buy something though :p. I need to get of caffeine do you have any tips to stop drinking like pepsi and V ect :)?
 
Caffein is also my problem, I have a Red-Eye adiction, you need to cut down slowly, going cold turkey on cafein is good if you can do it but it may cause mega headaches depending on how much you drink (I went without for 4 days before my family insisted i have some lol)
 
Ive done it before but then my mates come over and we get some and then I start drinking it again. But I was wondering like one glass of stuff like that a day is that bad?
 
its not good for you but if you only have 1 glass and you are not eating a lot of other junk it won't kill ya.
 
Ok I OFFICIALLY weighed myself =[ 82.8kg =O Alot changed in 4-5 months when I was last weighed :'( Oh well atleast I know my goal :D first 80, then 75 then 70 :p

Today I had Wheat Bix and banana for brekky with green tea then I had a pear for a snack. When lunchtime rolled in I had a chicken and salad sandwhich (onion,lettuce,tomato,capsicum and a celery stick ( seperate from the rest :p ) )

For dinner I am cooking :D! a stirfry steak with black sauce , sweet chilli sauce, two min noodles and vegetables. :D

On a side note I was in the store today and at the freezer section there was a roll of toilet paper stuck in one of the freezers I pulled it out ( pure curiosity) and put it back back in xD Then one of the people there gave me a strange look and was like its weird what SOME people put in freezers so I just sorta walked away really fast -_-.

As for glasses 4 water 2 coke (zero)one green tea and a pump but ill probably drink 3 more glasses of water before I go to bed.

OH , as for exercise I up'd it a little my goal was 210 cals instead of 200 so yeah it was

30 mins on treddy, some skipping and when i finish this day two, week 4 of pushup challenge. Plus I ran around and crap with my dogs but that wasnt for exercise just for fun , but I guess it counts =P.

Weighed myself again and im 81.3kg

Hey guys or the select few that actually read this :).

Mkay

Breakfast- wheat bix and banana with green tea

Lunch- chicken and salad sandwhich with the same stuff as last time minus the celery and blue berrys :)

Snack- Rest of the blueberrys (300g frozen blue berrys)

Heres where I was bad =( about a hour or 2 later I had a pack of french fries ( the chip kind, not the deep fryed ones) 9g of fat =[ and a banana.

for dinner I had mince ,lettuce,tomato, onion and cheese with two peices of toast.

Exercise- 33 mins and 220 cals burned and week 4 day 3 of pushup challenge. Also went to park and ran around with the dog.

Water about 4 glasses one bottle and 2 green teas :).

The mince was really greasy I dont think ill have it again.

I had work 3-6 so I didnt eat and dinners almost ready it will be roast chicken (frozen , cooked in oven) and veggies.

I had about 6 glasses of water.

Exercise-30 mins 200 cals burned ( had to get of early to get ready for work) I had lack of motivation in the morning but then realised I really dont want to be trapped in this body forever.

So tomorrow I have school I was thinking that I could work home its probably about 30-40 min work I have done it before and I think thats the rough time that it takes. Advice?

Snack- Rice wheels ( Rice snacks low in fat and sugar, thought they were okay) + Apple ( later in the day ) and some blue berries

Near dinner ( some chicken and 2 peices of garlic bread ) I know so bad :'(.

Dinner chicken lettuce tomato noodles some grated cheese sour cream ( lite ) I didnt eat all of it though.

Exercise- Funny story, I actually planned to walk home from school and near the end of the day ( last period ). My friend was like' Hey , you catching bus' and I was like ' Nah I dont have any money' then he was like 'OH I'll give you a ride its cool'. I was like :O ' Nah its ok I dont mind walking ( today it was 33 degrees )' the he just wouldnt let it go till I gave in. I was a little embarrassed to admit I was trying to exercise but when I got home I just ran around like crazy + jumping for 30 mins.


Mistake today: Ate to much and didnt drink as much water as I should.

Positive note: I did exercise though and kept off unhealthy food.
 
Looks like you're doing pretty well so far Qwaf. Have you thought about setting up a ticker in your signature ? Helps you to stay accountable in your journal, and there's nobody here who's going to give you a hard time about it!
 
Im to young or something stupid as haha :D.

Alright

Breakfast- Wheat bix , some honey ( one spoon ) , apple and green tea

snack- V :D ( sugar free) yeah i know but i need to getr my sleeping patterns back and being woken at 6 when you didnt get much sleep is really hard.

Lunch- one chicken , cheese ,tomato sandwhich and apple.

Snack- Well sorta I had work 5.30- 8.00 so i had a snack/dinner ish thing it was a subway salad with chicken roasted.

When i got home I was hungry as so I had a caeser salad and bowl of blueberrys =D.

Exercise.

I walked home 30-40 mins and yeah then work xD.

Lunch- Chicken sub ( oven heated chicken thing its just a peice then tomato lettuce and mayo)

Snack- Apple and Rice ( later period)

Dinner- Two dinner rolls with butter ( not much ) and a little tiny bit of steak i was just full from the rice and rolls XD I had some veggies though

3 mins wwalk 7 min jogging and then 4 mins waling then 3 mins joggin and walking rest to 30 mins.

dinner subway six inch chicken fillet no sauce with cheese.

exercise will do 20 min walk 10 min jog.

weighed myself ( been a week since my first weigh) havent lost any weight, pretty unbelieveable lol im 81.3kg
