Hi all,

So... I am back here AGAIN after such a very long time. Since the last time, I have managed to get down from 195 to my current weight of 161.4 lb. It seems impossible to get the weight off :( I hope this forum will help me get back on track

Current Weight: 161.4 lb
Goal Weight: 130-125 lb

Exercise today:
- 50 mins eliptical
- 30 mins bike

Food intake so far [woke up at 10 am]:
Shake
Fish and some couscous
Salad around 5 pm
 
Monday!

No exercise except travelling to and from school.

Food: 2 cookies (150 each)
Green Tea
Small french Vanilla from Tim Hortons
Homemade Ginger tea with fair amount of sugar (about tbs) - I know I have to slowly lower my sugar intake
Chicken sandwich
Bowl of broccoli for snack
Bean salad for dinner.
