So... I am back here AGAIN after such a very long time. Since the last time, I have managed to get down from 195 to my current weight of 161.4 lb. It seems impossible to get the weight off
I hope this forum will help me get back on track
Current Weight: 161.4 lb
Goal Weight: 130-125 lb
Exercise today:
- 50 mins eliptical
- 30 mins bike
Food intake so far [woke up at 10 am]:
Shake
Fish and some couscous
Salad around 5 pm
