Good morning guys!!!!
I have some great news! I am FINALLLY 174.4!!! I checked the scale a good 3 times to make sure it was correct! And i'm still hoping its correct LOL!
So, i have been noticing some changes in my weight when i made a few changes to my lifestyle. I'm not sure if its just a mere coincidence or it actually works hehehe but i'll keep you guys posted on that
Here is what i have changed in my lifestyle now (i stopped working out because of finals but i will def get back to working out right after my finals are over!):
1. Green tea before/after meal 3 times a day (morning, lunch, night)
2. I stopped eating my last meal by 7pm-8pm as go to bed around 11-12pm
I have read couple of posts here saying it doesn't matter how late you eat as calories in is just calories out. But, i have been stuck at the same weight for couple of months now and i've only started seeing changes in my weight when i did the 2 things mentioned above! We'll see how it goes!
And yes, its sooooooooo flipping hard to not eat anything and everything when i'm studying! But one thing that helps me avoid that is telling myself my goal and why i'm doing this in the first place and if i did go all out....the consequences wouldn't be good!
