Whatever works! Right now I am bicycling, running/walking, Tae Bo and lifting. Eating more nutriously. Drinking a lot of water. Keeping a positive attitude.How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?

Hopefully it's attainable? I'm really not sure. I guess I'm just sort of jumping out into hope....How realistic is your goal?
I have already started but this is my "official" start, I suppose.When will you start?

Yes, I have a small idea of what I'm doing. *wink* But that's about it!

Desires:
1. To be a healthy weight and have a healthy body.
2. To be strong.
3. To be 150ish (if that's great according to my proportions)
4. To eat smart and healthy.
5. To. have. strong. self. control.
6. To feel confident and comfortable in my body.

I am twenty years old. I am 5"10" tall with a medium build and 180 pounds. I lost 35 pounds last August through some touchy medication, anorexia and depression. Carrying eating disorders into this year scared me off of losing any more weight. I'm still struggling with eating better foods - it's a victory in my mind if I eat at all sometimes.
I am graduating this December, seeing my Boy, possibly moving and start a new job. That is somewhat overwhelming and I want to go into it at my best!

My current schedule is biking 3 miles and doing Tae Bo for 30-40 minutes daily. I also have been doing some strength training in the evenings. That's 20-30 minutes. I drink 2 liters of water a day. No caffeine, no tobacco, no alcohol, no soda. Well - I drink Sierra Mist Free which is nothing but gas and flavor. *wink* I am trying trying trying to not consume sugars. This is my hardest place! I am a sucker for a Hershey bar. *laugh* Someone gave me a quart of chocolate milk yesterday and I poured it down the sink tonight. That gave me some thrills. So. Get it where you can, right?
Anyhow! I'm stoked about this. I am SO ready to make some definite, life-long changes in my life. I took photos of me in a sports top and shorts and then nude to compare weekly. I will also weigh and measure weekly.
