I am new to this. I am about 5'1 and weigh about 125. I would like to get down to 115. Cause for my height I would like to be more in shape. So I have about 10 pounds to lose. My problem is not eating to much it is that during a normal days period I eat maybe around 700 calories which I know is very bad for you. I do drink soda and need to drink more water. So any advice will help thanks.
 
welcome too the forums:) as you probably know deep down you need too be upping those calories, you may see some weight gain if you have been eating 700 for some time, but ultimatly it will help you lose fat in the long run.

try too cut back on the soda as much as possible, its totaly full of sugar, the diet stuff is better but still not great, after soda try and get a glass of water down too.

I do drink the diet soda. I never go out and buy it but I am a server so it was so easy for me to just have a glass. But since I posted my diary I have not drank any. I have been trying to up my calories but that is what is the hardest part for me. Even knowing that is what is the most important thing right now. Thanks for responding.
 
I havent heard from you guys in a bit just seeing how progress is going. I am starting to go to the gym and weight training mostly to tone up so high reps. so wish me luck on getting a good start and keep me motivated
