I've gained so much encouragement from viewing before/during/afters of other people that I wanted to share my own to help motivate others.
Since starting w/ my personal trainer, I've lost an average of 2 lbs per week. I exercise 6 days a week and eat lean proteins and complex carbs (plus 2 dove dark chocolates a day - those aren't trainer approved though).
Before Dec. 2006 - 258 lbs

you look amazing............what a wonderful transformation; you looks so good now and you are still about 56 pounds away from your goal weight......cant imagine how you would look then. Great job; you should be so proud of yourself....
