Kino's Journal!

Thanks for visiting my journal guys:)

I have a quick minute before I have to be at work. These past few days have been fantastic. I've eaten really well and I feel great. I actually really like drinking soy milk, eating my veggies, brown rice, whole grain cheerio's and bread:D It makes me feel good!!

I have a bad relapse last week and my weight regrettably went up a few pounds but I have since shed those:D and will not not weigh myself again until Monday for the 6 week challenge:D My weight may not have gone down the 6lbs I'd hoped it would for those 2 weeks but just the fact that my weight went down at all after having bad relapses is reward enough:)

I haven't had much time for the internet lately, getting ready to go back to school, work and volunteer but I will make time soon to check out everyone's journals and catch up!
