Alright well im sitting at 158lbs and i'm 6'1. The prob is i still have some man boobs and some fat over my abs. My doc told me if i lose anymore weight then i'll be "under wight". So what should i do, should i keep working out 4 days a week with 2-3 days of cardio and stay on my 2000c a day diet (I was on a 1500c diet a few weeks ago). or (i hate to say it, cuz i really don't want too) should i Bulk then cut? I still want to lose my man boobs and want my 6 pack but i cant lose anymore weight (according to my doc) so i'm a little confused..
