Hi all,
I've been reading many your inspiring diaries and thought I should start one of my own. I've never written a diary before, but here it goes.
My weight loss journey actually starts about a year ago when i was at my heaviest, 250lbs!!! I moved out on my own and decided to take control of my life. There were many ups and downs through the year, but by eating better and giving up drinking, I was able to get down to 226 as of last week.
At the beginning of the new year I was feeling pretty down because I knew summer was right around the corner. I would really like to wear a pair of shorts this year for the first time in 10 years. So my friend and I decided to do something about it. She joined Weight Watchers and I decided to eat extremely healthy and take on the insanity workout program. Well after the first week I lost 4lbs and cant wait to see where I'm at this saturday
The workouts are hard, but I would recommend them to everyone. Today I have the Pure Cardio exercise video to do :S......I never want to do them because I'm being lazy, but if I want results I have to work for it.
As for diet, I'm eating 5 small meals a day, which can be hard sometimes because I'm on shift work and can't always find the time to fit every meal in.
Well that's it for today.... I'd better go do my workout lol
