My name is Kimberly and like majority of people here I joined this site to get the motivation to actually stick to my diet and lose the weight I want to lose, 
I wouldn't mind achieving this goal by June 15th, So I am thinking i will start it February 15th to give it exacly 4 months.
So I will start writing down my calorie intake and calories burnt on monday, starting on the first day of a brand new week!

At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?
105-110 Pounds
Why do you want to lose weight?
I would like to lose weight so I feel more confident about myself And feel more motivated to actually go out without worrying if I look fat or not (childish I know)
What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
Staying up late and binge eating most likely
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
Eating while I'm bored
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Yes I would
What are your three favorite foods?
Snack raps, Any kind of fruity yogurt, and pizza subs
What are your three favorite restaurants?
Subway, Chinese buffets, and Mcdonalds (the snack raps get me everytime)
What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
Not eat until I am ready to burst, Eat more slowly, And avoid deep frying
If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
Well if i woke up and my body was different out of nowhere, probably none of my habits would be different because I wouldn't have worked to earn that body and known how hard it was too achieve it.

Sometimes
