Oh great!! What do you want to do? You doing a levels at the mo? I am living on the edge of Selly Oak, the student area, but still half an hours walk from uni. (Which is great coz I don't have a car so it forces me to walk at least an hour a day, burns 250cals yay!!!)

Howdy girly it's been awhile.I can really relate to that quote up there but whats crazy I hear this from my mother all the time I talk to her about how my diet is going nd talk about walking exersicing and she always say's I nned to tone up I need to lose a couple lbs she"s 5"3" 115 lbs geeesh and she's always saying she looks fat in certain clothes she can wear a bag and not look fat lol! I don't know why she feels like that she's never been overweight.Me and my little sister(she's 15) weigh about the same I think we inherited our dads genes.
My sis N law complains alot to she's 5"1 151 she kind of has a tummy (she has had 2 kids) and you can see it in her face a little but I would love to be in the 150's and I swear I wouldn't complain lol.

So, yesterdays food first. (I was too knackered last night- my bf had me read his whole dissertation for spelling/grammatical errors etc (he's dyslexic)- took 3 hours!!!)

A little victory
So, about 15 minutes ago, I was sitting on the sofa watching telly and eating my leftover pancakes-yum!! And I felt like I still had the munchies afterwards and I really wanted some lo fat trifle and a kitkat!! So I was on my way to the fridge to get them, justifying it in my head etc. And suddenly thought, why am I doing this? This is silly!! And so I walked straight past the fridge into the bathroom and brushed my teeth instead!! I'd heard tooth-brushing helps by giving you a kinda oral stimulation, and taste of the toothpaste, also distracting you and making it so food would taste nasty, and to mentally signal to your brain that you are done eating. It seems to be working! I donot want any more food now

(especially good or I'd have had to start my 'good-days-in-a-row' count all over again!)
Extra help please!
So, I'm gonna be totally on my own this week/weekend coz all three of my housemates, and my boyfriend are all away for various reasons!! This lonesomeness would usually be a great excuse for me to curl up under the duvet in front of a movie with a huge tub of Ben and Jerry's!! So I will probably be on here lots instead asking for help and distractions!!!
