i think if i was going to drink then muller lite is about the best one for me,
I struggled on my diet plan yesterday, i dont know what it was but everytime i went into the kitchen everything seemed to be saying EAT ME, for a while i did give in i made myself i sandwich, cut some pork pie off and grabbed a couple of packets of crisps, i sat down in front of the tv and went to eat it and the guilt that hit me was over whelming, i didnt eat any of it, i know while making the food i kept thinking to myself that it would be ok to eat it all because i still had 4 whole days to repair any damage i would cause, you will be glad to know that as a treat for not eating the junk i drank a litre of water and had fruit

my food for yesterday was
Breakfast; 2 wholemeal nimble toast, pilchards
Lunch; syn free onion soup, 2 bananas
Tea; salmon, salad = lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, eggs, spinach, a few small potatos, cress, (salad cream 3 syns),
Supper; fruit
Drinks; 3 litres water, 5 cups tea, 1 can diet pop
