Keto diet experts

Probably don't need to be an expert but I've been on this diet for around a month but am starting to put great emphasis towards marine corps officer training this summer and i was wondering if being on this diet would slow progress on strength and endurance gains. For training i need to do 20 pull ups in 1 min and 3 miles in 18 min.
 
If you want to keep your energy levels high I would recommend doing the TNT Diet (Adam Campbell, Jeff Voleck--Rodale Press). It is low carb, but you do get to eat some carbs at various times like when you exercise (nutrient timing).
