here's my first entry. and i hope to keep it up.
starting from this week, i'll try to put in my best effort to work out at least 30mins. everyday.
so today i worked out 30mins on x-trainer at an average speed of 8.3 w/heart rate of 165. then some sit-ups and reverse leg crunches.
not too much of exercises compared with my yesterdays load. 30mins on x-trainer is SO MUCH Easier than 30mins on treadmill w/avg.speed of 6.4

i used to workout everyotherday and my body's adapted to that workload. so here i hope to be able to push down my weight to the next lower level by increasing my workout load.

yesterday, repeat.
today's raining heavily outside...i almost gave up but NOOOO...
i didn't. I worked out at home instead. jumped X1200 and situps and leg crunches as usual. nice work out. i'm happy about being consistent. :smilielol5:

i noticed you were a newbie like myself so could you tell me how you put the ticker thingy on?? i went to the site & have the link to my chosen ticker etc but how do i put it on here?? tried to put it on with signature but didn't work.
 
Nice job on the 30lbs! Almost half way towards your goal! Be sure to post on that day so we can party it up. :biggrinjester:

you simply put the link in the text box of your signature and it will show.

Ok...I gotta confess that i skipped one day workout on 14th the V-day. and the worst thing is that we had a big meal together w/3 couples....aLOT of ribeyes and NY centercuts.....and stuff...and beer...but ok,,, we had great time together so i'm still happy overall

and.....I seriously worked out as usual...u know, 30mins treadmill 100sit-ups and 100leg crunches on Sunday morning...felt totally refreshed.

i ate at least 3lbs of food that friday and today i weighted myself-----1 lb gained...hum..what should i say.
 
don't worry about the pound. We will have gains along the way and sometime just not move at all its all part of the process. you have to enjoy life a little while doing this. Look at it this way, would you be complaining if you were the weight you wanted to be right now and gained a pound, most likely not, because you know it'll come off in the upcoming week or so. For me, i look at it as like i already lost the weight, i am just putting in the time. so I live as if i am at a comfortable weight and maintaining it. So there will be days where i eat more than normal and weeks when i gain, but i know that with my lifestyle it all balances back out. Just have fun man.
 
tried something new instead of treadmill---cardio cycling.
total 40min workout...sweated heavily..
and 100situps and legcrunches as usual.

i wish that cycling's consuming same amount of calories as treadmill.

the day before yesterday: being lazy, so jumped 1200x and 120situps and 120 legcrunchs

yesterday: 30min treadmill@avg speed 6.5, 120situps and 120legcrunchs

today: 30min treadmill@avg speed 6.5, 120 situps and 120 legcrunchs

the nice thing is..i dropped 1lb, again!(today's measurement):coolgleamA:
the bad thing is: i had a big fat veggie dinner@souplantation~:ack2:

last friday i skipped. no workout.
2/21/09/sat. yes, 1400 jumps 120situps 120legcrunchs
2/22/09/sun, 30min treadmill 120situps 120legcrunchs.
and 2/23/09/today, wow... aLOT!! 30min treadmill, 45cardio cycling very nice workout and i sweated like heavy rain, and 120situps and 120legcrunchs on top of them.

the best thing is that my weight dropped to......224 lbs from 228!!!
i was soooooooooooo happy about the result!!

but also i know well, i guess my effective weight should be around 226 since i lost too much of water resulted from today's intensive workout.!

can't imaging that i've been away from here for like a week or so.
but i promise i've never been away from doing exercises. except for last friday:reddevil:

ok, pretty much i did the same patten of workout throughout the past week.
i either(most likely) did 30min treadmill and 120situps and 120legcrunchs or replace that treadmill with x'trainner..u know..my knee's killing me if i play with treadmill for consecutive 4~5days.

and last sun. i did 45min. cycling training, which was fantastic workout..sweated lika hell. and was told by the instructor that we're having a 2hrs nonstop workout this coming weekend. i definitely look forward that to come.

for my weight, well...not that exciting at all.. i'm stuck at 227~228. u see, i have considerably enough of workout but still not losing weight..i have no choice but to follow one of my buddy's advice, that is to replace my dinner with salad..i've already had that twice. hopefully i'll stick to it. yeah.:waving:
 
i've been sick since yesterday.
so i didnt workout yesterday. not sure if i'll go today

my weight's been around 225 for last week.

i hope to see more result in coming weeks.
 
You won't believe how happy I was when I looked at the scale today with "217.5 lbs" on it!!!!!!:biggrinjester::party:

Yes!! I did it!!! And guys, don't think that I didn't show up and make entry here because I've been lazy. I didn't!!! :hat: I've been consistently working out through out the past couple of weeks. If fact I only rest like 1 day per week (usually skipped on Friday):biggrinjester:

You know, 30 mins treadmill at avg. of 7.X mph..X'Trainer...situps (x150) and leg crunches (X180). and the best part, which I believe helped me aLOT, is reaction cycling for 45mins. I was like sweating like hell everytime when I did that. Really great and efficient workout. I LOVE it. Recently I've been doing that thing for 4 times a week (Mon, Thu, Sat & Sun).

Hopefully I'll post my before and after pictures later. I'm so happy!!!not only because everybody who saw me was seriously surprised by the sharp result, but also I'm like X10 more confident about myself. Geee,,,,If I can get this tough mission done and surplus myself, what else CAN'T I Do?!:party:Yeah!!!!That's the attitude Kel!!! KEEEEPPP ITTT UPPPPP!!!!
