Today I weighed myself and I was down another .5 :)!! Bad news...school starts today...just a little over an hour and I will be sitting there bored out of my mind lol!
 
I was in college for a looooong time and hated going to class. Way too boring! I was fortunate enough to get a laptop and started bringing it to class to take "notes" but really ended up playing The Sims instead. :)

OOOO! I love The Sims! That is a good idea! I acctually do have a laptop so I should...I will have to wait and see how my profs are first tho..some call on people randomly lol
 
I am exhausted! :( I just got home from school...ready for bed! Today was alright....I didn't get too much water in though which isnt good...I hate drinking a lot at school because I have to pee like every 5 seconds. Haven't done a ryworkout yet which I really should try and do one! I had to walk a few miles today though because I have to park really far away!

Today I ate:
cheerios 3 pts
banana 1 pt
protein bar 6 pts
peanut butter sandwhich (reduced fat peanutbutter and wholegrain bread) 6 pts
chix noodle 4 pts
club crakcers 2 pts
grapefruit 0 pts
carrots 0 pts

CANT WAIT FOR SUMMER BREAK O8!!
 
Very busy day again! Hopefully once I get back into the groove of school again things will calm down! I still haven't worked out yet today...I just finished my homework! So...off to a workout right now...

Today I ate:
Slimfast bar 3 pts
turkey sub 8 pts
cheerios 3 pts
chix noodles and crackers 6 pts
banana 1 pt
grapefruit 1 pt

This morning I was down to 187 lbs! YAY! :)
 
You are doing great! It's very hard to eat healthy when your life is so busy. I lived off of the Taco Bell dollar menu :)

Thank you! It's so hard to eat meals because I am on the go from 6 in the morning until about 8 or 10 at night! GRR! I am really staying away from fast food..no matter how good it sounds and how convenient it is! Fast food was my downfall before! lol

Yesterday (Feb. 6 2008) I was to busy to come on here :( so sad! My meals were very off yesterday...I ate chix noodle for breakfast! I ate healthy and stayed in my points its just the acctual times I ate were off! But the good thing is that I got a workout in! :)

I ate:
Chix noodle 4pts
crackers (club reduced fat) 3 pts
special k meal bar 5 pts
quesidilla (2 homemade with tortilla, reduced fat cheddar cheese and salsa) 12 pts

So, I haven't updated my diary in a couple of days...I have a journal I keep track of everything in but I feel that it helps when I put it on here and anyone can read it (more accountable for what I eat). It is really cold here! Which totally sucks because I am stuck in doors! Today it is with windchill -45 degrees! BRRR! SO I will be spending my day doing homework :( just like yesterday....

Yesterday I Ate:
cheerios 3 pts
slimfast meal bar 4 pts
raisins 2 pts
pickle 0 pts
lean pocket (meatball) 6 pts
spaghetti 9 pts

12 glasses of water
6 glasses of green tea

Hello! I am back after being really sick for over a week...not much happened :( I stayed at the same weight..which I guess is a good thing that I didn't gain! I am just happy to be back on and plan on losing weight this week :) YAY!!

Thanks for stopping by my before pictures, its always nice to hear motivating comments!!!
I hope you have been feeling better and school isnt going too bad. I am at Uni also and man is it hard work. We sound as if we have similar goals which is awesome!!! I love having people around me working towards the sames goal! So inspiring. If I can do it you can do it too!!!! and most certainly vice versa!!

Are you still on weight watchers? I found it really hard, I just didnt feel like I 'fit in' with the rest of my meeting. ALOT of older ladies that had been coming since the 70's. It didnt give me much help lol. However I may go back when I'm a tad skinnier and see if I feel any different.

Anyway good luck, I hope your well :)

Thank you Mel :) I have been feeling better except that it's crunch time now in school lol. But once summer is here it will be awesome! I am still doing WW actually...I do feel kind of weird going when everyone is way older than me but I need that kind of support at the same time. I just started going again on Saturday so yea... must get moving! Good luck with everything! You are looking great =D
 
I am feeling so good right now!! WOOHOO!! Only one week of school left after this week!!!

I have been doing really well with tracking everything I eat and walking every night...until school is done I can't get back to my normal workout routine :(
 
Again...it has been awhile but I am still working at my weight loss...June 6th is my last day of school and I can't wait! Because of rising gas prices and wanting to be healthier i have been riding my bike everywhere...i ride to school everday and shopping! I am proud of myself because it get's very tiring lol
 
well i am on summer break now! woohoo! now that i have been on break it has been so much easier to lose weight and focus on my goal :) I have good news! I am getting married June 20, 2009! So that is just more motivation to get to the size I want to be. I plan on being at goal though plenty before the wedding...at least by January next year :)

To help me lose I have been following the WeightWatchers points system and it works awesome and also I have been doing Jane Fonda's Step Aerobic which is pretty fun...but cheezy lol. And I go for a walk or two everyday...plus clean our apartment!
