Keeping up a constant battle

It'll be off again by tomorrow--Don't worry! You're allowed to eat rubbish sometimes, it's fine :D Hope you're okay and good luck for the next weigh in!

Cheers Sunflower!

Okay it is weigh in day again and I weighed in at 58.6 which is a gain of 0.1kg - not such a big deal though because last week my weigh in was before my big weekend so the gain doesnt reflect how much i really lost this week because on Monday I was back up to 59.9kg!!! Very very bad... BUT over the week i manage to lose that 1.3kg so I definatly looking at this as a positive result. Weigh loss journeys are all about the rollercoaster rides if nothing else. Constant ups and downs, constant positives and negatives.

Plus I played hockey for the first time last night, and i am feeling it hardcore. In my back, my abs, my arms, my legs everything!! Its a great feeling :)

Okay so its a new month a new set of rules. Ive been finding that whenever i set goals i tend not to do them because i have the option of failure. I think if i set myself rules it eliminates the choice.

So my results for this month are...

Bust - 86.5cm... loss of 0.5cm
Waist - 75cm... loss of 1.5cm
Hips - 88cm.... loss of 1.0
Weight - 59.6.... gain of 0.8kg
Body % - 27%... loss of 1.3%

So the weight is not such a good thing but im glad the % is still going down because that is what really counts. And even though they are only a small amount of losses im still staying positive because no matter how small the step forward is, it is still a step closer to what i want.

So the rules are....

#1 - No white bread
#2 - Wear my weights to work
#3 - No fast food
#4 - Find healthy recipies for work
#5 - Swim swim swim

Okay so once again continuing my constant battle.

No surprises that i think ive had a bit of a gain over the holiday season but i didnt over do it or anything so im pretty happy about that. But i didnt reach my goals that i set at the start of the year. I was hoping to get to 50kg by december just gone but it didnt happen. However i did make progress though.

I'm not going to weigh myself just yet. I just got back form holidays so im giving my body a bit of time to adjust back to normal in order to get a good understanding of where i am at without letting myself make exceptions for my weight due to holiday food and drinks.
