Keeping Track To Stay On Track

I need to keep a food diary, so why not here? Not only will I be keeping a diary, but also I'll keep up with daily posts on the boards...kill two birds with one stone!

I'll start the diary tomorrow. But I did make a weight loss ticker, so that excited me! The next step is figuring out how to put it in my posts!

I just hope I can keep up with this. Now that I'm entering week three of my class project, I really need to be more active on here. And with the back and forth flux in my weight hopefully this will work to my advantage!
