Hi, I started doing HIIT and I count in my head, and I was wondering if there was any kind of watch of something that keeps track of time for HIIT. I think I may be counting too slow or too fast when do HIIT(10 second rest, 20 second sprints alternating). I was also wondering, I have read about HITT and was wondering what "resting" meant, walking, jogging, or stopping completely. I interpreted it as walking.
