Veggie lasagna is soo good. Did you make your own?

yes i made my own, its quite easy. dont think i`m gona have it for a while now tho seemed to put on weight after last night and i know from other pasta dishe`s i put weight on the next day i have them. so think i`m gona skip veggy lasagna for a while now.

I think the personal trainer thing is a fantastic idea! I have one, and I'm amazed at how much I didn't know! There seems to be endless amounts of exercises you can do to target different muscles! It's great! If you do, you should ask them if they can set up a routine that you can switch around that will target different areas! That way you'll get a full body workout, but you won't get tired/bored of doing the same exercises every time! :)

I find that with pasta too, which is a shame cos I LOVE pasta lol. And it's the easiest thing to make. HMPH. C'est la vie, it doesn't taste as good as success. Glad you're doing well, keep it up x
 
I eat my pasta, sweet potato and small white/red potatoes at noon (with veggies and protein). None of these at supper (just veggies and protien).
It gives you more time to burn them off during the day.
Sometimes it's hard because the rest of the family eat a carb at supper but I manage.

maybe thats where i`m going wrong then becuase i always eat it at supper, you live and learn as they say.

today has been terrible but i`ve needed a blow out since splitting up from my gf, i`ve eaten cereal for breakfast 500 cals, ham salad bagguette at the pub 500/700 cals, kfc burger on way home 500/700 cals. 5 pints of guinness 1000cals and also chocolates on way home. think i`m just going to have a sandwich for tea tonight.
 
thanks guys i`m back on it now, dropped a lb from the weight i put on already now i just need to drop the other 2lbs. its deffinatly gona make me think again before i run to the pub.

I've just read all of yours and you are doing amazingly well. Don't worry about the occasional blow out. It happens to all of us from time to time and the important thing is to put it behind you and get straight back on track which is what you did. congrats.
 
Days like that happen. I put 2lbs back on after weigh on Thursday, took one back off and put it back on Sat.
So here I sit Monday morning, 3 days later still up 1lb.
I'm dealing with it though today, determined to get back to it and lose that sucker!

thanks guys, i`ve been really down since putting on so much at the weekend so havent been reading my diary as much. i`ve lost 2lbs of it so far tho and hoping the other pound will be off for tomorrow, then its happy days again.

went for a run tonight which was good, really perked me up and made me feel happy.
 
not much going on really cept i`m worried about the weekend coming up, i`m tempted to spend all my wages before the weekend starts so i dont go on a drinking binge. i`m so desperate to see my scales say 13 stone its unreal, at the same time i`m wondering if i need to come off my diet soon. my stomach isnt flat but you can end up scarey thin if you keep going untill your absalutly flat, for a man anyway.

i didnt have pasta last night with my meatballs i had noodles instead, it wasnt bad but not as good as with pasta. chicken caserole tonight and only half a pound away from seeing 13 stone so with any luck i`ll be 13 stone and 13 lbs tomorrow lucky 13 hey:sifone:

I just thought I'd drop by and tell you how much I enjoy reading your diary,you've got a great diet plan going on, (and heck don't worry about the lil slip ups!Like everyone has said so rightly,we all have them!it's just apart of being human,and actually sometimes,I think it does you good to have some things you really want.) I really like the sound of these recipie books your mum sent,what are they called and who are they by?I'm interested!I do so love to cook!

I'm sorry to hear your latest news,but just keep strong and you'll get through it.I find that going for a run or doing some exercises when you're feeling low can really pick your mood up,as it's refreshing and you're focusing some time on yourself which is always a good thing to do.

As for the weekend,you shouldn't worry about it!What I try to do is leave my purse and cards at home and only take a £5 out with me or something like that,so I can't actually buy anymore drinks (or takeaway on the way home!haha.) Give that a go-oh yes and make sure you tell your friends not to buy you any!

thanks lomo it feels great to get your support. my mum only sent me one cook book but since then i`ve bought the others in the series, there just Good house keeping cookery books i get them from amazon. i totally love them tho there all over my kitchen.

i should really take out a set amount but its 20 pounds i usually try to spend.

yeh hopefully 13 stone mark tomorrow and can i just say,i love fitting into smaller size cloths:sifone:
