Keeping on loseing

feel weird tonight, feel very distant. hit all my goals for the week and for the month, best month in ages actually. just feels like somthings missing and i`m not hungry or needing alcohol. such a carmness in all the frustration, maybe i just dont know why i`m dieting anymore after losing my gf.

Hi Scottsblue. You have lose an amazing amount of weight in the tom you have done it.

I am sorry to hear about the gf but remember your taking control of your life and losing weight to be happier with yourself and healthier.

I always used to find becong single great motivation! Lol :)

i had 2 treats yesterday cadbury`s cream egg 200 cals and a pint of guiness 200 cals but i still managed to lose 1lb so i`m happy with that, makes me wonder if i`m eating enough cals tho.

today i managed to go to gym but when they told me i owed them money it kinda put me off my run and didnt even do 10mins, did a couple of weights but was only in there for about 15mins altogether.

today i`ve just eaten a small bowl of cereal and a ham salad sandwich as normal, tonight i`ll be having chicken wrapped in parma ham with mozzerela cheese with veg.
 
just been for my 1st outside run since christmas so i`m really pleased with myself, i did 2.5km in 18minutes so not to bad a did walk a bit but i had a stitch and it was all uphill. i hope i do it alot more even tho its very embarressin i want to do a long distance run in summer.
 
starting to wonder if i`ve lost enough now, i still have a stomach and i`m wonder if i keep losing will i have a overlapping layer of skin. i dunno what to do i`m at a loss. i dont really feel like i`ve lost that much and i dont want to put it all back on so i havent got a clue what to eat. would preferably want to lose 3 stone 42 pounds but i just feel so low.

on a plus note my back looked nice and flat night no ripples just flatness.

You're doing great!! It's hard to stick to the gym and eating right- but you're doing a great job, and making it look easy!!

What kind of watch have you got? I was looking into getting a running watch last night, primarily I think I want it to do time and distance, is there anything else you use on yours!? I am never convinced by things that say they measure your calories burnt.

This is the first rime in my life I've started running, it is hard but I figure I'll soon get used to it!! :)
 
Thanks tik, last couple of weeks did seem really easy to lose but i have lots of new recipe`s to try this week so i`m unsure if i`ll lose any. i cant seem to win when i was losing everyday last week i was wondering if i`d lost enough, now over the weekend because i havent been losing i want to lose more lol

charlie is a Garmin watch, i got mine from amazon and i love it. it keeps all your runs recorded on the watch, but you can download some software for your pc to do that. i got some new running trainers yesterday so i tuck those for a spin last night. i`m really pushing for those long runs in the summer i`d really love that.
 
Think i`m going to miss training today, never really feel up for it on a monday and i feel like i need a rest.

having beef stew tonight, other than that i`ve just had my regular ham salad sandwich and a bowl of cornflakes.

was happy my weight was over 1lb down today after the weekend because i did binge friday and saturday. before starting my tea i was a little worried though, i had urges for chocolate, i just thought how fantastic it would be to have some chocolate tonight. suppose i could maybe go get a work out mag and cream egg later on.
 
Hey scottsblue, I've really enjoyed reading your diary so far and I completely sympathise with the lack of motivation while single. I always find that when I'm seeing someone I always wanted to make an effort to look nice. This is probably psychologically really bad cos I should do it for myself, not someone else but meh, if it works it works lol.

I'm impressed with you running outdoors, I managed to get my treadmill running up to 15mins non stop, which for me was a huge improvement. However, doing it outdoors, NOWAY lol. I couldn't bare people looking at me and laughing, which they would cos I am so unfit. Anywho, good luck with your contiuing weight loss, you've boosted my motivation xx

lol yes slimpip running outside is very different to the treadmill, i`ve actually been going when it was getting dark or when it was actually dark. i think the only people that saw me were other runners so it wasnt to bad.

thanks loads anyway could do with all the encourgment i can get at the moment..

lol i know i know, i have to just keep going. i`m really close to my ideal weight now so it would be silly to give up, just the urges seem to be a bit more intense. i`m back to wanting to lose again anyway especially after not loseing for a few days.

i do really want to do this thank you for making me see the light:lurk5:

thanks charlie it just seems like at night is alot harder now but i didnt bing last night even tho i wanted to, then today i was a pound down woohoo.
 
Down another lb today and i`ve eaten right all day, even done some crunches and push ups as i did a run yesterday.

feel like i`m starting to get more and more motavated wanted to do more on days i dont go to gym or have a run. thinking of getting kinnect for the xbox to do more at home but i might just stick to goin to the gym for now, i do want to start going to the gym to build some muscle so maybe i could get a personal trainer for a day to show me some free weights.

veggy lasagna tonight one of my favourites.
