keeping cardiovascular endurance while bulking

I'm bulking again for the next few months, but I want to keep my cardio...well, it's actually my sprinting speed.

Our school has a football game every Wednesday where the sophomores play against the freshman, and juniors play the seniors.

And I don't mind gaining some fat, but I still want to keep my speed up there, because I'm in like the top 5 sprinters in my school, so I really need my speed to stay.

So, would it be OK if I did a small HIIT session on 1 off day during the week?

Like sprint for 30 seconds, walk for 30, sprint for 1 min, walk for 1 min, sprint for 30 sec, walk for 10 sec, sprint 30 seconds, walk 1 minute, sprint 2 minutes, cool down?

Because if it's going to really affect my bulking, I won't do it.

Yes...it is OK .
