DAY 12

Soooo, I'm almost out of the 140's. I was 140.4 lbs to be exact this morning. I'm still doing pretty good. No fast food, a rare sweet or soda, and drinking shakes for breakfast seems to be majorly helping things out!

I am going to go running this afternoon, I'm thinking about going on the Katy Trail. We will see. I'm determined to lose this weight.

DAY 11

I just got off of work and I'm excited to tell everyone my weight this morning was 141! How exciting is that? So, I'm getting sooo close to the 130's. Man! I should have taken a picture this morning of my belly. It was pretty flat. I couldn't believe it. Just 11 days ago it looked like I was pregnant! Well, I'm going to take 20 minutes or so and go tan on the deck while it's still sunny. Hope everyone is having a good day!

update: for some reason my appitite is pretty crappy today. I didn't snack at all and I couldn't finish my supper even the cookie wasn't all that grand.

DAY 10

Good morning loves! I hope everyone has some nice weather today. It's going to be almost 80 degrees here. I'm down to 142 even now. I am so tempted to start a hardcore restriction diet though because I love to see the scale drop quick but I know I get those horrible cravings when I do... oh well. I am really wanting to be 140 or less by the end of this week. I tried on my bathing suit and I look horrible. Oh well, I still have about 3 months til my trip to Jamaica. I should be able to get down to 120 or less by then!

Nothing much to report, just got back home from work. I hope everyone is having a good weekend. Week one is done and I've went from 146 to 142.8...not too bad at all :) I am hoping to be 139 by the end of week two. We will see

Day 7

I didn't lose or even maintain my weight from yesterday because we went to the movies and ate a bunch of damn popcorn and soda. Oh well, that's alright. One little slip up won't destroy this weeks work. It's probably just the salt bloating me up this morning. That's okay. Today is the last day off this first week and if I get back to 142 tommorow that's like 4 lbs I've lost this week...WITHOUT starving! I mean, yeah I am reducing my calorie intake and all but it's not like those days that I only had a slimfast for the whole day! I've been eating/drinking three meals a day plus snacks. This rocks :)

Day 6

was talking to my lil sis the other day and she is so excited to move up here. She's about 207 lbs, my height. Me & her are teaming up this summer to get down to our goal weight. (I think hers is like 130-160).. I am going to try to do my best to keep her motovated. I am thinking we may take a weekend holiday once we reach our goal weight to go to Florida or something to celebrate :) wouldn't that be cool? I signed up for "walk a hound, lose a pound" at our local humane society. Basically you pay a little fee to sign up (which is donated to taking care of the animals in the shelter) and you get a doggie to walk every Sat. of the week. pretty cool eh? I wish I could have a dog but we are so busy I feel like it would be neglected too much. Our bunny is growing great big already. He's pretty happy with us. He's a cutie that's for sure. Well, I hope everyone is having a fantastic day so far. Think Thin! ps- I'm getting close to the 130s yeah!

Day 4

Today has been pretty darn good. I stuck to my diet, didn't drink any soda, and feeling like I am really starting to do this! Work was good, got about 45 minutes overtime because I had to wait for one of the nurses to come count with me.. I am hoping that will look good on my paycheck since this last check was only about *** dollars. Ouch. Thank goodness I get paid 3x in April and those checks from the government are being sent next month I think. :) I'm going to go pick up my 9 year old from school but after that I'm headed downstairs to workout on my eliptical trainer. Our "biggest loser" group at work has upped the stakes to 50 dollars a peice. I set my goal to be like 125 by July 20th. I'm hoping to be less than that but we will see... I hope to win, that's 250 dollars of spending money if I do! Wouldn't that rock?! Well, I'm off to check my e-mail...and I guess I really should work on my 5-7 page paper thats due on Friday. blah!

Good afternoon! I'm back home from work & a couple errands. I have about 40 minutes until my 9 year old gets out of school. I think I'll probably check my email, clean the bunnys cage and fold some clothes. I'll pick him up and then exercise. The of course I have school tonight. (boring!)... I have done pretty good food wise today but I forgot my Alli at home so I'll only have taken one pill today for dinner. Blah....So, yeah, I have nothing really to say today except I'm totally going to lose this weight.

Day 2

Good morning, I'm just about to go downstairs and exercise on my eliptical trainer. I wanted to update my journal while my huband was gone though. So yesterday went pretty good. I was pretty proud of myself until.... Olive Garden! Yeah, my husband swore he was not going to tempt me or anything but after we were done skating he was like, woah, I'm really craving Olive Garden...how could I say no?! Darn.... but oh well, I ended up losing 0.2 lbs AND I started my period this morning so I'm not pregnant. That's okay, I can continue on my weight loss jouney...and be HOT for Jamaica in August. (not to mention the summer as well)... So, I just woke up, it's about noon. I stayed up watching movies until 1 in the morning. Everyone else was sleeping. I just had this energy burst I guess.... Well, I'm off to exercise and then have some lunch. I'll update again. Much love, K

Day 1

Hey all! I have finally got the motivation to finally do this! I have got my hubby on board so he knows he is not allowed to tempt me or get me to eat fast food/restraunt food at all. I worked out for about 2 hours this morning. I bought a whole 120 capsule bottle of Allie from walmart (60 bucks) so hopefully it will help increase my weightloss by not allowing my body to process the fat I eat. (which is going to be very little).

Weight: 146 even.

Diet: +slimfast (180) +weightwatchers meal (240) +protien snack bar (110) + Olive Garden-mostly veggies, 2 breadsticks, one small peice of steak, 2 glasses of peach tea, (????)

Exercise: +30 minutes on the eliptical (300 cal burnt) + 45-60 minutes weights, abs, squats, lunges ect. + 2 hours of skating!
