K, the second one is negative also.

So I guess I can continue losing weight, and get put on birth control.
I have a large cyst on my ovaries, and thats why I''ve been having all those symptoms.


But today I've had a bowl of cereal a serving is 1/2 cup but i cant get full on just that, so i ate 1 1/2 cups with skim milk.

My next weigh in is next saturday and I'm aiming to lose 2-4 pounds by then.
My exercise has been pretty low the past 2 days where I've been feeling sick (10 minute walks a day). I'm bringing it back up to 15 minutes and 5 minutes on the elliptical everyday.

UGHGHH.
I'm so grossed out.
I decided to have 'cheat meal' today and ordered my favorite guilty pleasure, philly cheese steak. I'm not a big fan of mayo, i just like a little bit of it. What I reallly hate is Miracle Whip and they loaded that shit down. I mean, really you couldn't see anything but mayo on that sandwich. I ate like, half of it. I feel discusting and I'm never ordering from there again. =P

Guess thats a good thing though, the diner is called Fat Boys.
Hahaha.

Ughh.
I'm so sick. I've had a bad throat infection and a cold for the past week and I can barely swallow. After I can swallow normal food I'll stop eating ice cream all day. >_< Weird to say that I'm sick of ice cream. :O


Time to go sleep for 87897 hours.
 
Ugh - feeling sick certainly doesn't help.

Get better and sleep - maybe not that long - but a good 8+ hours for sure!
 
I'm feeling sooo much better, my throats just a little itchy.
I managed to eat a 6 inch turkey sub (on honey oat, mmmm) from subway.


and I weighed myself and didn't gain any weight.
I didn't lose any but its alright since I felt like I gained 50 pounds.

I'm so proud of myself. :p
I lost another pound and a half, but now my scale is broken so its gonna be a while before I weigh myself again, lol.


I've been making little baggies of fruit, veggies, and whole grain crackers for snacks throughout the week and that satisfies my craving for sweets all the time.
And I added 5 minutes to my walking.

Does anyone know what it is when my calves get really hard and my heel hurts after just minimally walking or anything? I think its probably where i gained weight so fast (8 pounds/7 months.)
