So, it's been going kind of slow. It's taken me about 6 months to get from my starting weight to my current weight, but I havn't been hitting it very hard yet, to be honest. I've just been counting calories and I did a lot of walking while I was studying abroad in Europe this summer. I figured this site would be great motivation to try harder and get rid of these last 40 lbs.

By the way, I'm 5'3", if you were wondering.

Anyway, let me know what you think and any tips you think would be helpful. I'm all ears!

You have done really well so far, your face is alot slimmer and so is the rest of you.
Keep up the good work and you will be at your goal before you know it =D
 
Great job so far - BTW I love your hair in the last pic!
The last 40lbs will fall off once you incorporate a fitness routine in.:hurray:
 
I don't have much advice to offer because it looks like you're doing well so far! Slow and steady sets you up for long term success. I just wanted to say that I think you look beautiful before as well as after, and I also adore your hair in the last picture.
 
I think you are absolutely beautiful!!!!! And there is nothing wrong with taking things slow....it's a learning process....so the most important thing that you can learn is how to stick with it for life! Looks like you are doing great...your gonna be a real knockout when you hit your goal!
 
You are gorgeous first off. I love your curves! YEs, your face is a lot slimmer. I'm so proud that you lost this much just by cutting calories! That's what i'm doing over the next month before college when i can put in an exercise routine.

Once you start exercising...no matter how low impact, the pounds should fall off. Just remember, its not about how hard the exercise is on your body, but about maintained heightened cardio. Raise your heart rate slightly and steady for 1 hour...thats the easiest way to love exercise and do your body good :D

Thank you everybody! I think I'm going to start my exercise regime with biking. I live far enough away from campus that to and from campus would probably be about an hour of exercise everyday (and I'll be saving gas!). Hopefully I'll have more photos up in the next few weeks to keep you updated.

Congrats so far on your weightloss!! Great job!! You are VERY gorgeous in all your pics!! Your going to be a supermodel once you hit your goal!!!
