Alright...let me just start by saying, I know that I am deffinaty not overweight. I dont think myself as fat, or ugly, and am not risking my health to be at my current weight. That being said...I know the weightloss I want is not nessesary...but to my own self esteem, I think it is.
I am a person that has eating disorders of every kind sinse i was very young. Everything from binge eating, not eating, throwing up what I had already eaten, only eating 1 type of thing....if its a disorder to do with eating, i have probably had it.
This past year and a half i have really been trying to overcome the disorders, and i have also started working as a waitress. Working in a resturant took its toll, and gained almost 25 pounds. I have a boyfriend who is very dedicated to looking after his own body, and that has really help me to not relapse into a ED. I have lost about 7 of the 25 I had gained...but i would really just like to lose the rest.
I am a clothes addict, and i really just want to fit into my clothes again!
So there it is....my introduction to my diary...now lets get to my stats.
My boyfriend has refused we have a scale in the house...so last time i weight myself was about a week and a half ago....so lets just assume here...
Weight- 150
Height- 5'8'
I dont have my messurements at the moment, but hopefully ill have them in my next entry!
I know this weight is NOT a bad one, but I would like to get down to my former 135...and if thats unattainable, but 140 would be just awesome as well!
I have already started my dieting and excersising, although is not a very strict or schedualed rountine.
Here are the basics.....
I run/walk for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week
I am also a waitress so i do a lot of moderate walking for many hours most days of the week.
My diet varies....sinse my boyfriend is on a cutting diet right now its helping a lot. My meals usually consist of...
-chicken
-tuna
-humus-
-wraps
-almonds
-whey protine
-bran flakes and milk
-various broth soups
among other things of the same nature.
The only thing i struggle with diet wise is working at a resturant. Even the healthy choices are not very healthy.... I also consume much to much diet beverage, as well as chocolate milk, apple juice, hot chocolate, among other sugary drinks. It has also become a habbit to eat soda crackers with raspberry sauce(which is SOOOO delicious), many times a night when I get bored. I think these habits are one of the major things holding me back in my weight loss, but they are EXTREMELY hard to break.
So the long and short of it is...
current weight- 150
goal weight- 140
ultimate goal weight- 135
time frame- hopefully 2 months, but if it takes longer thats alright
Any comments would be much appreciated! Anything i should add to my excersise routine? what are good SIMPLE strengh training things i could do? Any good ideas to spicy up chicken without adding too many calories?
