I guess this concludes a person's "Weight Loss Diary."
A few days or so ago I had my first post on here on the "Before, after and inbetween," gallery stating I've been spying on this site for just about the last two years for motivation, being too afraid to join as member or make any postings related to anything due to my own insecurities, but to say the very least I've worked up the nerve to jump on board finally!!
Here's what I've started doing since today.
I do not think of this as a diet. So don't approach me with that theory.
with a set mind of placed obidence I will fight through this as a set lifestyle, support helps, also to see the progress on the scale will be more awesome, and no more liquor to keep me distracted!
CURRENT WEIGHT: 309
Breakfast: Ensure
Lunch: Veggies, fruit, sandwhich.
Dinner: Ensure
I'm still trying to figure out all the complications as to how any days I should go on and off of this basic liquid diet and when and where to encorporate snacks inbetween 'meal' time, as it's been said to eat 6 times a day.
I'll be back eventually, if anything look for me on the photo updates.
