Hi I'm Kate. I'm 29 and going to be 30 June 1st. I plan on losing my extra
weight and getting a healthy lean tone body by exercising and eating healthy!


Right now I'm 180 pounds. First day of weight loss!!


My goal is 120 pounds! I need to lose 60 pounds.


Today I did slim in 6 Burn it up. It was for about 50 minutes.


For Breakfast I ate: Oatmeal, Apple, Green Tea


Lunch: Salad with Chicken

I plan on eating an apple for my next snack and eating
a smaller healthier portion for dinner.

I'm going to weigh my self each day!

Well yesterday I didn't do Slim in 6. I went out shopping with my family and last night I was pretty sick. But I drank 2 100% Pure Boxes of coconut juice and 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with water and within an hour I felt 100% better. Thank God!!
My fever was gone, my flush faced was gone and my upset stomach was gone as well.

So today is a new day. I'm going to do slim in 6 at 3pm today.


Update:


**I did slim in 6 around 7:15 pm and now it's 8:14 and I'm done. What a work out.**


I ate well so far today. I missed breakfast by accident, so I
had a salad with chicken in it with no dressing. After I do
Slim in 6 I will have a second salad with an apple. I don't
want my body to be weak or tired for the day. And tonight
I'm going to have a chicken dinner with my family with mash
potatoes, gravy. I will make sure to eat a small portion with a salad.
I don't want to eat two plates. I need to watch my portion size!



Update:


I ate very well for dinner. I didn't over eat and I ate a salad as well.
I feel so good about myself right now!!



So I checked my weight today. And it says I weigh 168 pounds.


I must have lost a little bit of fat and some water weight. I'm
not drinking coffee anymore and I'm not adding salt to my food, so
that is probably why I lost a good amount of water weight. I do
drink lot's of water each day. So I'm well hydrated :)

I will try to write tomorrow and not forget. I will let you know my
progress tomorrow.

Today I'm doing great so far. I have not gained any weight. So that is great news!!

I had a bowl of salad with chicken in it. And a glass of water.

I'm going to do Slim in 6 after I make lunch for my husband and daughter!!

I will update you with what I ate later and slim in 6.

I'm so proud of myself. I love this diary :) *muah*

I drank two boxes of Coconut Water & had 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with water before drinking the Coconut water. I sipped on the Coconut water slowly.

It cured in about an hour my Fever, Diarrhea, and Flushed Face. Coconut water has many great benefits. But make sure to get 100% Pure Coconut Water. I checked my weight today and it looks like I lost 1 pound :)

Update:

I did slim in 6 burn it up last night. I'm getting better & better at it :)


I'm going to do Slim in 6 Tonight after I get my daughter to bed!

I did Slim in 6 Burn It Up Last night and it was great!! I'm getting
better and better at it. It's becoming easier the more I do it.

For all you that are wondering what I look like, this is my face right now:





I asked my husband if the photo shopped face of me looks like my face
when I was about 125 pounds and he said yes. So yeah, that's what
I should look like when I'm 120-125 pounds ((my goal weight))!!
 
I have about the same goal as you, but im aiming for 150 lbs first.
How tall are you?

I'm 5 ft. 5 and a half inches tall. I'm hoping to be 120-125 pounds. Its a healthy weight for me. I know someone else that is the same height and weight and she looks awesome!! We both have the same bone structure as well. I have been that weight before and I was very happy with what I looked and felt.

So far today I drank water, had one slice of pizza and a chicken & lettuce sandwich on very healthy bread! Tonight I'm going to have a salad with an apple and chicken.

After I get my daughter to bed, I'm going to do Slim in 6 :)

Update:

I did Slim in 6 and I also walked & ran on a bike trail earlier with my husband
and daughter. So I burned many calories :)

I love being able to see results! I haven't had pizza in AGES! Think i might go get some peta bread and some turkey bacon and make my own little pizza for lunch!

Try baking the apple for a while and putting some cinnamon on it!

I'm just eating less. I usually eat more than one slice of pizza. So I'm just cutting back and exercising. Those things together are helping me to lose the weight. And slowly I'm getting my figure I want back. My husband is telling me he is noticing the change all ready!! :)

I will try the baked apple some time with cinnamon. Sounds great!!
 
Tonight I'm going to do Slim in 6 after my daughter goes to bed.

Update:

I actually took a 1 day break from slim in 6. I'm supposed to.
I'm supposed to do 6 days per. week with 1 day off.


I'm going to eat healthy today. Eat salads and small portions!!
